Can you glue 2 wool mats together. I want to make a mat the size of my mini ironing board. If so, what would you use to glue it, nothing flammable.

does the wool mat work less effective with the cotton covering it???

This is a great idea! I wonder if adding a board in with the cutting mat and the awesome cover over both would be a good idea. It looks as if you may have done this yourself. I think having the wood board against the surface I was ironing on, would protect that surface as well as sending the heat and moisture back up into the fabric. Taking full advantage of the wonderful wool mat, and at the same time protecting the ironing surface. What do you think? THANK YOU🤗
