I am so thrilled for Randy, Amanda, and the rest of the employees at ITHs. The forest is breathtaking, The Mulligan mile, and prairie are taking shape. I've only started watching for less than a year, and the progress made under Randy's leadership, and Amanda's organizational skills is phenomenal. They've worked through a pandemic. Randy created the ESP homes to keep prices down when lumber prices skyrocketed, as well as built and trained a team that shares his view of hard work and excellence. (He had to make hard choices, I'm sure to weed out those who weren't working out.) Randy built the company from the ground up, and would never ask his staff to do anything he wouldn't or couldn't do. Stay blessed Randy and Amanda...and of course Ace. 🌼🙏🌹

Congratulatons! I know just looking over the whole Community from time to time like you do has to give such a blessed satisfaction. Randy, don't let the instant gratification of Americans rust you with pressure because Sir it's growing beatifully. I'm so happy for ITH family. I was watching how that 44 footer was going to make it's home in that spot. Looks a bit leaning though. Don't know how you guys can settle that thing flat and not get hurt in any way. Hi Lorraine, I'm in BC, I had heard they were legal in Ontario, no? And one other place, Montreal? Anybody know...? Maybe try contacting Minimaliste...they will know where the legal parking is out East for you. And if you are open to your tiny home having its wheels off on a foundation, I think there are more options again. We are still struggling here in BC too. So far legal in Victoria, and a few places in BC.

Hey Amanda, thinking of the Centre planters for the beach, maybe they need to be removeable on pallets to move with a forklift for when longer houses or any houses get jockeyed into position on the beach lots over time. Maybe run that by Randy? You guys have forklifts, somoveable planters could work..

Hey Amanda, QUESTION, I'm thinking of the home randy toured after repairs recently, Janelle's house in Lake Toxaway North Carolina, that's heading to Florida... You know that amazing porch she had, I'm wondering if we are allowed to build enclosed porches like that on the beach and prarie??? Could you please ask Randy? And please ask him what dimensions he guesses that porch was... Size seemed perfect.. And please remind Randy about that info I left about air flow... If there's hot air pooling, then exhaust the hot air, and the cool air will come on up and back as needed.
