I thought Doug Bachelor was gold, this pastor is PLATINUM!!! my mind was blown with his sermon about the Old Testament parallel to current times. I also think its very interesting the SDA church doesn't have much insight on the SEVEN TRUMPETS!!!! Surprises anyone?
This is Eye-opening. we need to store his work in our hearts and do it. The only way it's really going to be stored there is if we apply it to our lives. We need to eat his word. Make it a part of our life. Thank you for the inspirational talk.
I love this pastor and the unique manner in which he highlights the gospel throughout the entire Bible. I have watched many of his sermons online. However, though this particular message was powerful, it did not make the link to Armageddon that I expected, especially because of the title of the post.
Annette Gill satan will seek to recieve worship and make his word superior to God's. Thats why sunday worship is so critical, because that is bluntly put, false doctrine. Through his miracles Satan will deceive if possible the elect, from my understanding of the sermon, the miracles will be sp great that many will be deceived. Frogs as said by Pr Myers were the last plagues Satan could imitate. Frogs have powerful tongues, Satan using his powerful, and conivincing tongue will deceive. Thats why we MUST do our part to store bread as Joseph not only for ourselves, but for others
A consuming fire will then descend on the earth and utterly destroy all those outside the city of God. From the ashes of the old earth God will create a new heaven and a new earth (see 2 Peter 3:13; Revelation 21:1) and sin will be removed for all time from the universe. Should the same questions about God's goodness ever arise again, the story of His eternal love and grace as expressed in the birth, life, death, resurrection and exaltation of His one and only Son, Jesus, will be retold once more. John suggests that the nail prints in Jesus' hands will remain in His glorified body as an eternal witness to the cost of our salvation (John 20:27), and the loving character of God will stand forever vindicated at last.
Very interesting and thought provoking analogies and connections, brother Ivor. Of course analogies are never perfect, so the manna was never to be stored up, though the wheat for bread was by Joseph. Ever heard of Project Blue Book ?
I have never heard of Project Blue Book, but I think you missed something. On the sixth day they were to gather twice as much manna. That was so they would have sustenance on the Sabbath, when there would be no manna to gather, and they could rest in the Lord. In this time of the end we live in, the sixth millenium if you will, we are to double our efforts, to be ready for the time when we will have no opportunity to prepare.

I agree about doubling efforts in this end time. Project Blue Book is an American Intelligence agency plan to create real looking images in the sky, like a mock return of Christ for example. When the 5 fool wake up, they ask the 5 wise to give them some oil. but they cant. .. So Why do we have to gather bread for others if we will not be able to give them ?

No one will wake up to the news that Jesus has come because the wicked will be dead at Jesus return by way of His (Jesus) Brightness or Glory or the hail will kill them. The righteous will be in heaven for a 1000 years. So, there won't be anyone down here alive when Jesus returns to heaven. satan will transform into an angel of light, as he will be collecting souls for his side of the war. Kennie Ke was correct with the statement she wrote. Mel Rich, Amen for quoting what The Word of God says expressly about studying. The Bible does say 2Timothy 2:15 Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, Rightly dividing the Word of Truth!!! Hey Nicole! I was not referring to the sermon that Ivor Myers had preached. I haven't seen this one yet. I was speaking in regards to after Christ has returned to get the Righteous. I thought that is what Kenny Ke was referring to. Sorry for the mix up.

Bread and oil are two different things. Bread in the Bible is the word of God and the oil is the holy spirit.
