I'd be down to meet up as well. My IAG 900 pte6266 STi will need to eat once it's together :) Got a friend in video production and we've been talking about making some content. Would be cool to get a bunch of 600+ whp Subarus together for friendly cruise down to "Mexico"
Yes every car you’ll see on the channel tuned by English racing with be speed density, 15 psi spring, and Kelford 199-D! Thank you for watching and enjoying the video
@@Fritzyfrenzy yeah exactly that. Ah ok, good to know. I'm running a Hallman MBC and was trying to figure out if it's even worth running the Grimmspeed I have here, since without that inlet hose it seems like it's just about the same as a manual one. Thanks! Been following your builds for a while now. Thanks for making videos like this :-)
BeastianSTi I prefer electronic boost controllers but at the end of the day it’ll come down to what the tuner prefers as well since he’ll be the one involved with it
Hold up...Open deck block? That's actually pretty impressive, would you think it could handle the abuse for quite a bit? I was thinking of just starting my EJ off with an open deck build and just kinda get my feet wet with some more power other than just a tune, then eventually build a closed deck and go from there. That stage 2 Tuff is just a simple rod and piston setup right? But man, that must be super fun to drive, Keep pumping out videos man, I'd love to see more.
Yeah the stage 2 tuff is just piston rods! We have been pushing the boundaries of the stock sleeves and the tuner likes to keep the torque at 530 ish to prevent cracking. I’ve never cracked a sleeve at this power but then again these cars are mainly on pump gas so it rarely sees this power level
this one has a .82 hot side. and spool characteristics will be very similar you won't really notice a huge difference maybe a 100-200 rpms. but I can't give an exact answer since every car is a little different. it is comparing apples to orange however a larger turbo will in most cases increase lag
The Creative Cap he is running stock size head studs apr 2000’s. I don’t recommend them but they do work and I’ve never experienced a head gasket blowing up at this power level !
Fritzy frenzy all that powa on stock block? That’s freakin impressive! What head stud do you recommend then and why didn’t you go with that one? Thanks!
Sarith Loeung I would recommend 1/2inch head studs and the owner originally didn’t want this much power but rather over deliver than to disappoint! It’s not such a huge stress on the motor since it will rarely see race gas. Mainly a pump gas car
Wrx sti Videos e85 will spool quicker than c16 will due to the energy in ethanol however c16 required less injector duty cycle to make power. Basically if you have the fuel system to run ethanol and it is available I’d run it
jonathan rodriguez we got ours on amazon. Type in Hellcat Walbro 525lhp fuel pump and there is nothing wrong daily driving a car with a dual fuel pump setup. The second pump doesn’t turn on until you hit boost so you aren’t sacrificing anything !
Trying to hit these numbers on the jdm ej207 see what happens i made 500wh on. Completely stock version 7 spec c goin back with sum beter head studs and bigger turbo was running a gt3071 r first time around thing rips. keep up great vids big fan
MoOnWaLKeR_781 ooh if I knew I would tell you! The entire wheel assembly fell off but it doesn’t matter since the trailer held up for the ride back home lol
2004 fully built STI blobeye yeah it’s a IAG stage 2 tuff like said in video. And I believe they get that number via crankhp not wheel so crank horsepower is pretty close to 700
7:25 😂🔥
Specter 115 toasty!
Fritzy frenzy just wondering how is the car holding up?
2004 fully built STI blobeye perfectly fine for the most part!
2004 fully built STI blobeye just needs some more seat time with the driver. He came from stage 2 pretty much lol
Im happy to say im also running 30+ psi of boost. 33psi to be exact. But on a 6262 turbo.
What block do you have and how much power are you making?
Super dope broth keep it up stay consistant
Jordan and Melissa Salinas will do my best !
Makin’ some jam! I see that youre local PNW. Lets make something to happen to get a friendly pull in
esseJ where in the PNW are you ? We can possibly work something out !
Fritzy frenzy I’m in Portland! It’ll be cool to get some cars together. Shoot me a dm
esseJ you got an Instagram I can message you at ?

Jared Gonzalez thank you man I appreciate it a ton!!!
This is goals.
How much whp do you think a borg 57mm will make @30psi? With built a heads, 2200cc, drop in Manley pistons (8.5) , torque fuel rail/line kit. 🤔🤔
I wouldn’t be able to give an accurate answer. I haven’t had any experience with a borg Warner
A few questions. Are you on speed density? what wastegate spring? What stage kelford cams?
Yes every car you’ll see on the channel tuned by English racing with be speed density, 15 psi spring, and Kelford 199-D! Thank you for watching and enjoying the video
I think trailer bearings overheated, high speed or load capacity maybe
Well a ej257 is semi close not open deck actually
Hell yeh.
Are you running the Grimmspeed EBCS in 3 port mode? If so, what did you do with the 3rd port that normally goes to a vacuum source?
BeastianSTi vacuum source ? Like the one that used to go to the inlet ? We vent it to the atmosphere on these rotated turbo setups
@@Fritzyfrenzy yeah exactly that. Ah ok, good to know. I'm running a Hallman MBC and was trying to figure out if it's even worth running the Grimmspeed I have here, since without that inlet hose it seems like it's just about the same as a manual one.

Sweet video. What thickness is that intercooler core?
It’s a 3 inch intercooler
Thanks for the reply. Do you find the 3” holds up well?
Ricardo.A depending on power levels
that sir is why you maintenence your trailer😂😂😂😂😂
jerry jo all the money went to race car parts 💀
grease wheel bearings
regularly
@@_thatslows14 Yeah I know just messing with ya! Luckily the trailer made it back so we can service it! Its not my trailer I just borrow it
What’s the exhaust setup? Sounds like oem headers?
is this a single scroll or twin scroll turbo set up ?

I was thinking this too. I was like wait the STI block is semi-closed deck not open. But i know what he meant
brother, what size CC injector do you have?
yampit swagg I am not sure if I said it in the video but just in case it is 1700cc ID injectors
What hotside does the 6266 have ? how about the spool difference between 6266 and the 6466 ?

Ooofff q16. We have 1 gas station here in spokane that sells it and its 15 bucks a gallon
I am jealous I don't live in Spokane! Here in central Wa we don't have much

At least you guys dont have to worry the dreaded RTA tax on Car tabs. 😞😞😞
Hey bro with the stock sleeved block, what size head studs you run in these motors?

Yohan lo I am not sure what the limits are of a arp 2000’s but believe 37 psi is surpassing it
Pistons ?
Is c16 better Tuan e85? Why are you not using e85?
Wrx sti Videos we don’t have e85 pumps in my area so I’d rather have something consistent like C16 from VP
Fritzy frenzy so but is it better than e85?

What's the fuel setup like any fuel lines stuff?
jonathan rodriguez the fuel setup is injector, fuel rails, engine bay fuel lines, 525lph pump with hardwire, and fuel pressure regulator
@@Fritzyfrenzy where can one get that fuel pump?
Or do u recomend a double fuel pump setup for daily car?
