Brilliant mate, entertaining and informative! been on the fence for awhile with this or the Dewalt version. May just stick to my trusty Titan corded. Great mods by the way!
Hi friend hope you are well, cheers for watching and commenting, wow entertaining and informative thank you sir, we have a titan vacuum at work it's bad ass, corded vacuums will always walk all over cordless vacuums at the mo untill battery technology gets better, i imagine makita will bring out a small 36v or 72 volt vacuum at some stage but for now this little vacuum is fine for me 🤘
Oh hi will don't know how to add a link sorry buuut if you go on ebay and type in for nematic Henry vacuum cleaner hose complete 2.5metre extra length, the seller is called lmelectrical and its £8. 83 hope this is some help 🤘🤘
hi Henry here, you might know me from my hoover rage, love the videos, just wanted to say that its ok to call us hoovers or vacuum cleaners, thanks for highlighting issues facing the suction community! cheers Henry
Oh hi Henry good to hear from you, thanks for reaching out I think all of us in the suction community need to work together to rid the world of dust and debri, say hi to James and George please and as for hetty wow she's a looker!! Do you think you Could get me a date with her? Best regards Mike the makita vacuum.
Hi Jason sorry for the late reply my friend,to be honest I never use a bag I just tip all the crap out of the container straight into the bin, blast out the filter and back at it!!! Thanks for watching and commenting 🤟🤟
Mate!….loving the little blower ya made, be perfect for blowing all the crud out me chainsaws. Did you have to solder the reducers? Wouldn’t mind making one meself 🤘😀 Btw best review on them there hoovering vacuminators on ere! Cheers
Oh hi Tony, yes I did solder the reducers in but I guess they could be super glued in if you haven't got soldering gear, cheers for watching and commenting sir🤘🤘
You are a terrible hoover! I mean vacuumer ! xD Enjoyable review! question: how many times did you hurt your hand while holding the handle and leaning on it? it will snap closed on you. had it happen 2 times and hurts like hell! now i'm afraid..
@@UKTOOLTALK keep your hand in Check, Mate ;) ore the Makita hoover will claim its victory! I got the DUC353Z (2x 18v chainsaw) a day ago. Absolutely love it! 2.5 charges and 2 m2 of wood!
I don't think makita would have anything to do with me, to much swearing and I don't tow the party line, not to say I don't love makita tools buuut if they fuck up and make a dud tool or part of a dud tool I'll say, that said because I'm only a tiny tiny channel I only review tools I buy which in regards battery tools are all makita so I can't have a proper opinion about other brands really apart from seeing other tradeys with different brands and watching other RUclips videos, without being to modest tho I'd say I'v helped some people decide to buy a certain makita tool but on the flip side iv probably helped some people not buy a certain makita tool, it must be amazing getting sent tool to review!!, maybe one day!!!!, cheers for watching and commenting sir 🤘🤘
Did you have to make your own floaty part for your modified wet filter? I recently bought a replacement filter but it doesn’t come wit my it 😓 Great review Thankyou!
Hi hi, the answer is kind of, I bought another dry filter cartridge and took the filter bit of just leaving the black plastic cage, I think I had to take the black plastic cage of the plate that connects to the vacuum and then glue it back on with the floating black cylinder inside, hope this has been some help, thanks for watching and commenting 🤘🤘
Can you provide the link to the hose on ebay and fitting measurements needed please
Hi there, please can you tell me where to buy the wall attachment suction to drilling dust? And where to buy the pre filter?
Thank you so much

I got mine in a sealed box from a merchant and I didn't get the shoulder strap?
Oh wow that's not on, very poor of makita, bloody cost cutting it's definitely handy having a carry strap!!, cheers for the information dude 🤘🤘
Doesn’t come with strap or wet filter so you didn’t leave anything in the box.
Standard filter has a float in it.
