  • People look at “posture exercises” as OLD MAN exercises
You’re wrong to do so..even if you are looking to just get into supreme shape
Upper Back Health is the key to turning your body INJURY RESILIENT
You have no clue how much gains are in those details
The body will begin to unlock…that includes chest, back shoulders, and your arms
Access to new ranges of motion and that access allows you to recruit more muscle fibers
Delivering more stress to those body parts and yielding more muscle onto your frame
Also…strength training through LONGER range of motion allowing you to get stronger in a way that applies to areas outside of the gym
Turning your body MUCH stronger in a real way that lowers chances of injury on SIGNIFICANT margin
And it’s as simple as packaging up your exercises like this

Who is Uncle Rommy? And who are “The Natural Crusaders?”
Well it’s a group of guys who want to live up to the man they know they are capable of being
“Where do I pour all this energy I possess?”
That was a problem I had most of life growing up… and up until about a year ago
The blessing & the curse of my situation:
I was a natural at a lot of the things I would try
I was told often “you have a lot of potential…but you’re wasting your talent”
It was frustrating because I never knew what to double down on because I thought I was making the wrong decision
But that was the problem…I was living inside my head
I put myself into the role of fulfilling what OTHER people thought my potential was
Playing the game of life to surpass OTHER peoples standards
It took me quite some time to realize that I didn’t have clarity on MY OWN standard as a man
When I finally decided to turn my brain off and completely lead with my fiery heart and spirit
My standard and mission became crystal clear
Which is all encompassed through the “Natural Crusader”
    The natural in training
    The natural with his words
    The natural in sports
    The natural in business
The natural in relationships & conversations
“Strip me down to nothing and I know I am good because I got me”
That is what real conviction and confidence truly is
This is what the Roid Heads are missing
This is what Science Based Optimal Lifters are missing
This is what the Macro/Calorie counting MyFitnessPal Fan Club is missing
We may not have the answers right now BUT will always end up figuring it out
Training is about self realization..the side effect is health & a 6-Pack
And the ONLY way to understand the extent of your ability & power (or “fulfill your potential”):
Is going to a place mentally where no one is willing to go
    That’s transcendence
And thats what we are here to do

Just had a back day with my mate and we tried the super set you mentioned and HOLY FUCK. My upper back and traps have never been this pumped.
Been in the gym for 5 years and I’ve seen a compound in growth due to my knowledge increase. Watching your videos is just further contributing to this. My question for you if you see this brother, when is a good time to start making content on lifting?

    • @UncleRommy
      @UncleRommy  Месяц назад +8

hell yeah man glad yall are using this stuff. as for content...my style is very different from most. My page is a reflection of where i am at on a personal level. Its documenting the rise of everything. But I can't sit here and tell you to just post anything because i didn't do it that way. I have been lifting for over a decade and its only because i did the work in the dark for very long that i was confident to post. Because i've been doing this for quite some time and have done it my way. I push very hard in my real to where content is the easy part for me. All I will tell you is make sure you are doing it from your heart and not your brain

good vid but i don't really agree with your eccentric on those rows, why pause at the top? the squeeze doesn't really seem beneficial for muscle growth, i feel like you could do a quick concentric and a slightly faster (0.5-1sec) eccentric and load up (still giving a slight pause at the bottom, i believe that's pretty beneficial since dead stop helps with explosiveness)
