The ONLY Upper Back Formula you will ever need (Beautiful Posture)

- People look at “posture exercises” as OLD MAN exercises
You’re wrong to do so..even if you are looking to just get into supreme shape
Upper Back Health is the key to turning your body INJURY RESILIENT
You have no clue how much gains are in those details
The body will begin to unlock…that includes chest, back shoulders, and your arms
Access to new ranges of motion and that access allows you to recruit more muscle fibers
Delivering more stress to those body parts and yielding more muscle onto your frame
Also…strength training through LONGER range of motion allowing you to get stronger in a way that applies to areas outside of the gym
Turning your body MUCH stronger in a real way that lowers chances of injury on SIGNIFICANT margin
And it’s as simple as packaging up your exercises like this

Who is Uncle Rommy? And who are “The Natural Crusaders?”
Well it’s a group of guys who want to live up to the man they know they are capable of being
“Where do I pour all this energy I possess?”
That was a problem I had most of life growing up… and up until about a year ago
The blessing & the curse of my situation:
I was a natural at a lot of the things I would try
I was told often “you have a lot of potential…but you’re wasting your talent”
It was frustrating because I never knew what to double down on because I thought I was making the wrong decision
But that was the problem…I was living inside my head
I put myself into the role of fulfilling what OTHER people thought my potential was
Playing the game of life to surpass OTHER peoples standards
It took me quite some time to realize that I didn’t have clarity on MY OWN standard as a man
When I finally decided to turn my brain off and completely lead with my fiery heart and spirit
My standard and mission became crystal clear
Which is all encompassed through the “Natural Crusader”
The natural in training
The natural with his words
The natural in sports
The natural in business
The natural in relationships & conversations
“Strip me down to nothing and I know I am good because I got me”
That is what real conviction and confidence truly is
This is what the Roid Heads are missing
This is what Science Based Optimal Lifters are missing
This is what the Macro/Calorie counting MyFitnessPal Fan Club is missing
We may not have the answers right now BUT will always end up figuring it out
Training is about self realization..the side effect is health & a 6-Pack
And the ONLY way to understand the extent of your ability & power (or “fulfill your potential”):
Is going to a place mentally where no one is willing to go
That’s transcendence
And thats what we are here to do
Just had a back day with my mate and we tried the super set you mentioned and HOLY FUCK. My upper back and traps have never been this pumped.
Been in the gym for 5 years and I’ve seen a compound in growth due to my knowledge increase. Watching your videos is just further contributing to this. My question for you if you see this brother, when is a good time to start making content on lifting?
hell yeah man glad yall are using this stuff. as for content...my style is very different from most. My page is a reflection of where i am at on a personal level. Its documenting the rise of everything. But I can't sit here and tell you to just post anything because i didn't do it that way. I have been lifting for over a decade and its only because i did the work in the dark for very long that i was confident to post. Because i've been doing this for quite some time and have done it my way. I push very hard in my real to where content is the easy part for me. All I will tell you is make sure you are doing it from your heart and not your brain
@@UncleRommythank you for this man, I cannot express enough gratitude for your reply and the depth of it. It’s super helpful.
Do you have long terms plans for content creation?
Its crazy how important traps are to have an impressive back. Obv the Teres/rhomboid muscles and huge lats are essential but really developed traps really make the back pop.
100%
He's right. Being Natural i realize that i NEED to train the smaller posture muscles
I did this today and I showed some gaddang enthusiasm I feel the pump 💯🙌🏼much appreciated
Good video bro . That is actually my favorite back movement along with rack pulls. After having 3 fractures in my back , this is the exercise im depending on to build up my upper back again .
time to get after it brotha

Good video already only 3mins in, do you have any video for the lower back I can check out?
New guy here, great vid. Love back day, definitely going to incorporate this superset 💪
lets get it
great video uncle rommy !
beginner here, and I want to know when to use super sets, when to train for hypertrophy or strength, would love it if you made a video on that
my man...we can dive into that. I have touched on it before. Strength should be first part of your lift then followed by hypertrophy in my opinion
elite content bro🤝🔥

Anyone know a good workout program that emphasizes good mobility and overall health? Like focusing on more movement and a healthy body with good muscle gain as well and not just calisthenics
thats what we do player
We need the other parts of the backs. Other parts of traps and lower back and other things if I’m missing something.
@@ANUP755 traps was shown in this video but we will have more
@@UncleRommy looking forward to it.
Look like baki bro
@@phattien7431 i don’t know about that bro
Great video im definitely gonna try this.
Any tips for stubborn triceps or dudes with long arms?!
set the incline setting higher
@@UncleRommy really?! Cool I'll give that a go thank you! So would that also kind of mean shoulder pressing would use lots of triceps too?!
Uncle is it possible to gain significant size (calorie surplus) with only 2 meals a day (a big one in night). I just can’t eat three throughout the day because I feel sluggish. But I struggle to gain weight muscle and size if I only eat 2 meals a day.
meal quantity is irrelevant, as long as you can hit your target calories in 2 meals it's fine
if it's not enough, just snack between the 2 meals, that's what i've been doing for almost a year now
@@razz444 thanks boss!
@@ANUP755 of course it is ..I eat in small time windows because of the schedule right now. But I will tell you just make your meals count. Ground beef 80/20, fattier cuts of beef, chicken thighs, chicken legs, avocados, eggs, etc
@@UncleRommy I’m going to make it happen!
good vid
thank you player
good vid but i don't really agree with your eccentric on those rows, why pause at the top? the squeeze doesn't really seem beneficial for muscle growth, i feel like you could do a quick concentric and a slightly faster (0.5-1sec) eccentric and load up (still giving a slight pause at the bottom, i believe that's pretty beneficial since dead stop helps with explosiveness)
keep in mind these weights are a bit light for me..so the hold allows me to lock in form. to where the eccentric is more effective as every rep goes along
3:31 bro how you gonna sit like that and then teach about posture?!
jk this video is solid and I’ll be incorporating it. Thank you
my man
“Show some goddamn enthusiasm” 💀💀
CMONNNN
Hey uncle, is your most recently subscribed skinny fat nephew! Besides thanking you for the no bs approach, wanted to make an absolutely humble suggestion to maybe add a couple of more camera angles, personally would help me to improve my form a lot and get shirtless produ some day. Hope this doesn't bother that much and keep the art flowing!
nothing bothers me brotha...when i have a full time camera man we will be able to constantly up the quality. But i like raw style. its congruent with who i am
@@UncleRommy well, I'm a camera men myself, and you're totally right, the rawness of this self recorded stuff makes your videos feel 100% real, so, instead of wasting money on something you could do yourself I'd buy a insta 360 or some sort of camera with a wide angle lens, you can even edit that shit on your phone hehe.
I really like the front camera only, I get it, and if you are paying atention you dont need more angles. Its like those old movies where they fit a whole scene into a single frame and the acting made it top notch, now with these fake CGI movies with a million angles they dont even come close. @@UncleRommy
Im so confused, the 70s aesthetic definitely works. But why?
hahahahaha
@8:50 did someone say bigloads?
bro how come you were looking small in the tshirt and when you opened it i was like damn those delts😂
lmaooo sleeper build boys on the rise
@@UncleRommy 😂yesss
How many sets/muscle/week is good?
Run these on your back day. Once a week will be just fine. Sets depends on the level of shape you are in. 2 solid dialed in sets will do you just fine
10-20 working sets pet week/muscle.
This is facts 💯💯 and he’s sexy asf ❤
why does this guy look indian and italian at the same time
this is crazy
What are the other mid and lower traps exercises you said you had loads of??
coming player
So rows and lateral raises*
no
Natty's muscles don't have the pop u got. If ur not roiding now u did it very recently, not at all difficult to figure out
you reckon lu raises hit lower traps? I usually hit y raises on my shoulder days and mid trap raises on back days. But ive also added lu raises on my shoulder days. Do you know if those work lower traps too?
+1 curious about lu raises
@@pmrsincearly5028 I just think they are an unbelievable movement. Does a lot of good
@@UncleRommy yep me too. Been adding them to shoulder days. Currently at 5kg each side. They are humbling as hell
Lower traps get hit plenty from dead hang full rom pull ups and face pulls
I have a Chest supported T bar Row, is it same leverage or diff? Thanks
a bit different...but t bar rows are a NEEDLE MOVER. One of my main lifts on back day. These in the video are more back end touch up work
Thanks will implement them on my block.@@UncleRommy
get the hell outta here uncle rommy
not a chance
roidhead
NOPE
If you think he’s on gear you need to have your eyes checked
@@tendiie the traps are a dead giveaway of roid use and poor hypertrophy
