Thank you my new bff
Hi, bro, a friend from Italy..
Ottorino Gentile hi my Italian friend
Слушаю это, но набиваться мне в друзья не надо! Очень странные критерии дружбы...
ANDNO who said that I am your friend ))
As a former good teacher, I can tell you most teachers are like these.
Ok Susan
in the old days not anymore no way
Ya'll do have a hard job tho, especially nowadays, w all this online schooling, just take it ez, I know my son doesn't like this online schooling, but oh well... I wonder what the future holds?.... All I know is, long after I'm gone, he will have the best taste in music!!!
@craig taylor No. Only one person shouts that.
No no... they allow dark sarcasm in the classroom
the transition from The Happiest Days Of Our Lives to Another Brick In The Wall pt2 is what we call magic.
Literally, you can say that again 🙄🙄🙄💫💫💫
YES!
I’m 13 years old and I love Pink Floyd. I can completely 100% say that your comment is pure facts.
@@kfrank3215 OMG. 13 and at your age they just dont know what real good music sounds like you must be a hell of a smart 13 year old and I give you big credit for your music choices stay down and keep listening to the best music of all Pink Floyd!

The fact that you're a Gizz head makes this comment that much better
[Part 1]
Daddy's flown across the ocean
Leaving just a memory
A snapshot in the family album
Daddy, what else did ya leave for me?
Daddy, whatcha leave behind for me?
All in all it was just a brick in the wall
All in all it was all just bricks in the wall
(my favourite part)
When we grew up and went to school
There were certain teachers who would
Hurt the children in any way they could
(Oof!)
By pouring their derision
Upon anything we did
And exposing every weakness
However carefully hidden by the kids
But in the town, it was well known
When they got home at night, their fat and
Psychopathic wives would thrash them
Within inches of their lives.
[Part 2]
We don't need no education
We don't need no thought control
No dark sarcasm in the classroom
Teachers, leave them kids alone
Hey, Teachers, leave those kids alone
All in all its just another brick in the wall
All in all you're just another brick in the wall
We don't need no education
We don't need no thought control
No dark sarcasm in the classroom
Teachers, leave them kids alone
Hey, Teachers, leave those kids alone
All in all you're just another brick in the wall
All in all you're just another brick in the wall
[Guitar]
[Part 3]
I don't need no arms around me
I don't need no drugs to calm me
I have seen the writing on the wall
Don't think I need anything at all
No, don't think I need anything at all
All in all it was all just bricks in the wall
All in all you were all just bricks in the wall
[Goodbye Cruel World]
Goodbye, cruel world
I'm leaving you today
Goodbye, goodbye, goodbye
Goodbye, all you people
There's nothing you can say
To make me change my mind
Goodbye
thanks guy!
a man effect show off 😂 “when we grew up... “ (singing it as I type lol ) is also, IMO the best part 😊👍🏻
100% agree, the happiest days of our lives is the best part and i cant explain why its like the voice with the high hats and the drums and snares its just so good
Thanks dude.
You forgot the most important part tho
My neighbours love this song so much they tried to throw a brick through my window, but it missed and instead hit the wall.

For many years scientists, philosophers and theologians alike have been asking some of lifes greatest questions, such as "What is the meaning of life?", "Is there a God?". But even then one question stands above all, one that still has yet to be answered. That question being "How can you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat?"
Thank you so much for this comment I’ve been wanting to see a comment like that for so long
haha! Couldn't have said it better!
you've solved it man
Answer: Make it a blood pudding. You've got meat and pudding together, you can't simultaneously have and eat a cake; but you can simultaneously have and eat Meat and Pudding.
Although given the context of the song (via film clip) I don't really know if I want to eat the meat when it's made of other students. Particularly because the pudding is probably made of the teacher's shit.
I don't need your approval, I will have my pudding before I eat the meat. 🤣🤣🤣
This is not a song... this is beyond music.
It is truth.
It is a song.
Facts.. Greatest band in the history of music
this is not a song, this is 5 songs
This is what some of us with depression feel at times...
Part 1 is much more emotional for me
I relate more to part 3. I wish it were longer.
Both part 1 and 2 are equal for me. I relate so deeply to everything said in both songs that I cannot pick a favorite.
I agree...I love all 3 but part 1hits home far more for me
My dad flew across the ocean too ✌
Start the album on In the flesh (cd2 track 8 and loop it from there) WOW!
Or for a deeper message, start at nobody home then loop it. And the meanings of different contexts apply but yet its the same album.. genius.
This album was made when giants still walked the earth.

PINK FLOYD - A band that was WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY ahead of their time!!!
Genius creation music!!!
Yep. While it's not this album (obviously), the production on DSoTM is better than nearly anything out today. The fact music from 1974 could still sound futuristic 43 years later is truly amazing.
GREAT call!
I don't think we have even reached a time when Pink Floyd would fit. I don't think we'll ever reach that point!
Thats for sure

The freaking guitar in part 1 makes me want to melt. Part 2 is like an adrenaline rush, and it stands as my favorite. Part 3 is a very short, but powerful sequence that expresses emotions of an independent being. And I love every single bit of these.
I think this comment sums up the whole album
JesseG13 yes this was when music was good!

Morgan McCubbins. That's when music was great right!
part 1 sounds like a spy movie
part 2 sounds like an bee gees influence disco track and children's choir singing the same verse about not doing education in the 1980s.
part 3 goes nuts when he singing about the wall is not tearing down and goodbye cruel world is where roger waters singing about suicide and depression a lot in the lyrics
This is how this song is supposed to be listened to. Part 2 is good but it's kinda weak alone without the other parts.
This!
Part 2 is enhanced with "The Happiest Days of our Lives" and enhanced even further when that song is preceded by "Another Brick in the wall part 1"

Btw, since the World is World, humankind has been alike to built Walls, for any kind of reasons, and mainly the wrong ones, what unfortunately, is our "specificity", what a pity...

When this movie came out, I went and saw it at least 10 times at the theater, by myself. I had recently lost my father to cancer, and with my depression, Pink Floyd was my music.

Such intense story telling. I remember the first time I heard this album the feeling I had was "what does it mean? What does it all mean?" Spent an entire summer listening to it over and over again to find any hidden message in the music.
You still don't get it do you?
All in all it was all just bricks in the wall. 🤡 😂💯☕
There is a hidden message. You have to play it backward: "compliments of old pink at the funny farm"
"If you don't eat your meat, you can't have any pudding. How can you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat?"
As obras do grupo são fabulosas.
This is what we call a “ masterpiece “❤️❤️
Pink floyd is the shit. I remember my dad playing the whole album the wall in this black astorovan with 4 10" speakers and like 3 different amplifiers at one of our uncle funnel well the grave site. That's what he wanted my dad to do for him so he did.
Hell ya, that's a proper send off!

Até Iron Maiden é fã de pink Floyd eles eram feras um salve aos brasileiros que já ouviram esse verdadeiro clássico do rock
This is the album I had to because I really enjoyed it especially when I was loaded and drinking with my friends 😄😄 always having a good old time 😀😀
The most influential and ahead of its time piece of orchestral harmony, the changes of base and rhythm are genius.

Pasaron tantos años..pero sigue siendo uno de los mejores albums de la historia del rock
Это просто фантастика! Всегда восхищало, как такое можно написать... Нет слов!

I went I seen them in Detroit back in 87 best concert ever
Loving this…bringing back my teenage years! I had just turned 18 when this album was released. Pink Floyd forever 💕👏💕👏💕
I am an Elvis Presley fan, but I love a lot of other kinds of music also.
And I collect vinyl from those I see as the best for my taste.
And I really want to say to all you great Pink Floyd fans around the world that this is not just a terrific piece of music, but it is really art! - A great piece of music-history.
The bass-parts to Mr. Waters is absolutely stunning.
I am saying this because I believe such a feedback to Pink Floyd fans are special appreciated when coming from a fan of another artist/group.
I know I would have enjoyed it myself.
Pink Floyd isn't just a normal "another" band.
It was something very special and I don't know any other who can match them in their fantastic style.

Feels great to live in the future
Hobo Dawg Yep
Yea, a SONG needs a good video quality...
definitely helps, try changing the video quality on a song from 1080 to 144, youll see the difference, mostly because its using the same file format

Im am born in the right generation, i have easy acess to these great songs
Aaaa Queen and Pink Floyd are the best
@ Dude there is so much good modern music you just have to look. I love all the aforementioned bands but there are a great many bands and singers today that release some great songs. You are completely missing the point of the comment. You can listen to so much music from so many different times. You can prefer older music bands and such but stating that many modern rock songs are shit is such an ignorant and close minded view on music.
I just love them all. No frontiers
@ Greta Van Fleet
@@hombrerusode40anos72 never heard of them. I am disabled and don't get out much
As a Black Metal fan i find myself coming back to this awesome song regularly
Gijsjuh death and prog metal fan here. I've got my own soft spot for these songs as well.

I was wrong in the born generation
I'm 62 yrs old , I'm laying in my bed listening to Pink Floyd ,another Brick in the Wall what an exceptional album.& I'm also listening to Led Zepplin, Black Sabbath ,AC DC,Irish Heap to name a few in Peoria Illinois
You have some good taste dude
Good tunes brother
Daniel.
I bet that was a great day for you with that line up of bands you mentioned nice one fella keep rocking man
I think the guitar solo in part 2 is better than in part 1 because it has the feeling of a fighting anthem we want in our many rights to social justice. Part 1 is important because of the personal connection between family. But part 2 is more iconic. And this may sound sacrilegious to most music fans, but I think the guitar solo in part 2 is the best ever because of its iconic legacy, and because it paints a picture of the social problems in the world
AJ Lanterman it isn't even the best pink Floyd guitar solo lol. Money is.
James Howard Actually Comfortably Numb is, in my opinion.
As a Pink Floyd fan there is nothing that pisses me off more than seeing a vegetarian eating pudding!
charles widmore
Yes but the vegetarian beat his meat. So he gets to eat his pudding 😎
Heh, Amen brother.
Vegetarians are fools, all life is life, whether plant or animal. Carnivores vs. herbivores, simply semantics.
I hear you but nothing annoys me more than laddies behind bike sheds not standing still.
