Exactly!! Im considering doing it again bc I was able to really retain length and do more/different styles. Esp if you can't cornrow/ braid and can barely flat twist lol like what else can I do?! You get bored. I loooove my tight coils dont get me wrong but the ease of a wash, dc and blow out every 2/3 weeks and heatless or stretched hair only styles and sometime a silk press is calling my name lmao. Its better than chemicals. Your touch up is a little heat. Trim periolodically lol and it flourishes. Put it in two strand twists and protective style often. I'm gonna stay natural natural until I get some healthy length then start doing more stretched styles. I do them ever 3/4 months now to get my hair used to it

I have very thick frizzy curly hair too. The flat iron keeps burning my hair and preventing it from growing out the way I would like. I stopped dying it, and now I think I have to give up the flat iron too. I think this will be a much more healthy way to get my hair straight. I'm in a no win situation with the flat iron trying to grow it long.

I have the revlon paddle brush blow dryer but the bristle brush one seems like it gets the hair straighter!

I would recommend to roll then go back down the ends. So it rounds softly giving it that 70s blowout
Thinking about getting myself one of these for Christmas this year. I have biracial/relaxed hair so I hope this would work on my type of hair for blow drying (using less time) and make it more silkier/straighter . Also, I hate the blow dryer attachment comb breaks off!! That brush looks easy and light.
Love the blow out! May I ask what thermal protectant did you use. If you have any suggestions, please share. I've used some and they leave my hair hard, frizz up after a couple mins, and dry. I love the body and shine you have. Thanks

Aside from spraying heat protectant, did you add any other products to your hair before blow drying - like leave in conditioner or oil?
I am tenderheaded with low porosity fine 4a/4b/3c hair and that Revlon paddle brush hair dryer did NOT work out for me, sadly! But tbh, I hadn't used a blow dryer since going natural in about 12 years? That ish hurt! I can't believe I use to blow dry and straighten my own hair on the regular before that! Guess I lost my tolerance :(

I think If your texture is not too coiled it would be good for your hair. I have I think 4b hair. Not sure if it would work on mines

U gotta twirl that hair around that brush. If I rake it through like that, I will have crazy frizz. It works best if u work it like the Dominicans do in the salon with those round brushes
