Wow!.... This home and property is stunning. I am not surprised that the owners want to showcase it years before they plan to sell. Would you consider adding maps to your videos to show where the property is located in order to show distance to town center or distance to Guadalajara or the lake? Or density of population in the surrounding neighborhoods? (or lack of density if more --- in the country side)?
Do you naturally assume that they are psychic too? Never trust anyone who is too ashamed to give a price! (Otherwise they will be quoting a different price to everyone. ) Absolutely no exceptions. How can their word be trusted; if they don't have the common respect to quote a price for everyone to see?
Most buyers are not educated enough to understand the value of a property in this area, especially if they have never been to Lake Chapala. This is a special property with a lot size you cannot find. The seller as well as I know the selling price for the property. You can either decide to contact me or you can continue to assume the seller is ashamed to disclose the price or that this seller in your words is being disrespectful. @@jasonkelley2651

Sure is a tough crowd. Isn't it worth pointing out when an owner has paid attention to every little detail? That means it's not just the things you see but also the many things you dont see. As someone who has rented this casita, it is a beautiful property and well-maintained.

It is always interesting to me that people believe they are experts on Mexico real estate. Criticize a home over its value and yet I see 900 square foot homes in California selling for one million dollars. Every market is different.
Please take this honestly well meant feedback: stop pointing the camera at door knobs and light fixtures and other tiny little objects. I do not care about the knobs on the bathroom cabinets.I want to see *the rooms* in the house and how it flows together and it’s impossible to get any sense of that. I do not care about the owners art collection either.
Some buyers are interested in the art pieces as they will be included in the home. I showed the light fixtures to give people an understanding of the attention to detail. The color palette of the light fixtures match the custom woodwork throughout the property. The owners have also ensured that all door hardware, towel bars, copper sink, etc. are matching. Some buyers are very detail oriented and demand this type of continuity. Every buyer and every viewer is different.
