I love the fact to stay employed he combined his Pencil art with his language art. He’s someone from Japan that speaks really good English. That it itself sets him aside from so many. I hope you’re making a lot of money from these RUclips videos. These videos are a blessings. Bless you. If my series ever blows up, I’m hunting you down to work with me.
This is what people have been looking for.Sakuga animation and things that we dont get to have explained by someone above us in terms of skills. In english, already working in top japan studios. This is the best.
mr. dong. your videos are awesome. I work in Korea to draw cleanup, key animation, and layout (pose & BG). And your video demonstrates in a fairly easy and concise way an amazing level of detail that can literally be applied in practice. These are videos that are extremely helpful for aspiring animators. It does not teach a great level of "sakuga", excellent sketching of the human body, but these tasks explain the work process of the "work" animators have to do when they start working on site. If you enter an animation company with these knowledge, your seniors will be quite surprised and will like it because you can learn the job quickly. In addition to Decadence, you can also see animations in which you participated as key animators! I always support your videos!!!
Even though I am no aspiring animator, i watch a ton. I have always admired the art of animation and this just takes it to another level of admiration!
Been sending my students to your tutorials. Well put together. Had them do a breakdown of band maids song unleash!!!!! And have them discuss camera, layout and everything
These are great! I got a little confused when you started talking about Book 1, Book 2 etc, but otherwise, really informative for someone who is starting to get more serious about learning animation!
Ty for these tutorials. it's hard to find info on anything related to camera stuff most production videos or blogs only talk about drawing and compositing.
I love your videos! Is there any way you could make one in the future for the usual requests or limitations when working with other people in a team? thanks!
this is such a great video! thank you for the useful advice and examples! i was wondering about the junko miyakawa reading you suggest looking into at the end, and i was wondering where i might be able to find it?
Why just when I planned to make a panning intro animation in CSP for this Saturday and then this video pops up in my feed after I've had my lunch and readied myself to work on my office 😅Serendipity!
I know Clip Studio pretty well, but this area is completely obscure to me. And that's the way I wanna keep it! ;) Ironic, actually, because I began my professional life many years ago at a traditional animation studio.
Thank you so much for this!! It'll help a lot! Also i would like to know how to animate a dress flowing in the air Like in strong air , medium air and in a breeze/ less air I know how to animate the sea weed flowing but idk how to apply it to a dress and It's kinda confusing to animate 😕 sooo I really hope you make a video about it! Thank you!!!
This is so helpful😮, do you have any tips in learning anatomy for animation? I am just stuck, Like should I do 3d box bodies or more flowy and simplified.
I would like to see a video about you talking about Douga. There are some things that confuse me about that part of the pipeline, like, do the in-between drawings always have to be clean? or can the In-between drawings be roughed out and then cleaned up later? Just thought it would be a neat video idea. Take care!
These videos you create are extremely helpful for novices like me, trying to start out in animation! I have a question: are anime episodes animated scene by scene in different files, and eventually get edited all together?
Oi,muito prazer,eu quero seguir na carreira de animação, tem como voce fazer um vídeo dessa "planilha de horas"?queria aprender como ela funciona e como ela e aplicada na prática.🇧🇷🇧🇷
Hello, I have a question regarding a scene in need of your expertise. I have completed a camera panning shot from the top of a building down to the bottom of the building in 3D and now wish to convert it to a 2D frame-by-frame format. The sequence is approximately 16 seconds long and animated on 2's. Would you be able to provide guidance on how best to achieve this? I can provide the shot for further clarification if needed. Thank you for your assistance.
Hey guys!! I was wondering if anyone knows if there’s a way to reset the position of the camera in csp. I’ve been messing around with it but I can’t seem to get it to the original position so my end result is a little bit wonky
does anyone know the name of an any book/pdf that teach these all things? if u knoow please reply i really need it thanks for this amaziing tutorial✨❤❤
Animators are using these lines before actual coloring to indicate Highlights and Shadows and/or gradient. Blue lines : Shadows outlines Red lines : Highlights outlines Green lines : Gradient indicator And they also commonly fill in those colors, which varies on our individual opinion. For example : (For the gradient, you don't really have to fill in.) Purple : Hair Shadow Yellow : Highlights fill in Light/Dark Green : Saturation Lighter Blue : Others (Clothes, skin...) Slight darker Yellow : Skin Shadows It really varies depending on you. I honestly use pink for accessories and orange for skin Shadows. It's very up to you to choose how many fill in colors, outlines you are comfortable with and in which spot you put them.
Plzz look at my question 🙋 I have watched your video on 3d in Anime but still have a doubt🙂 In anime, Backgrounds are made in 3d, But I am talking about Characters such as - fight scene in Demon Slayer, Fate Stay night and Attack on Titan, Are characters made in 3d and painted over it to look like 2d Or Characters are really Hand Drawn (they just use 3d reference for drawing)
