I know there are some things I missed or didn't explain in the video but if there's anything you'd like to know more about please ask me and I'll try my best to answer!

Hi! The pen tool exists in Animate, yes, however when it comes to drawing tools overall I prefer to do it all in Photoshop, not just for the lines. The lines also need to be drawn with anti aliasing off at this stage and at the time I don't know if you can do that in Animate with the pen tool. Now I use clip studio paint where everything is done in one program itself (apart from some backgrounds I'll make in Blender)
when exporting out of photoshop into animate, did you export all the pngs one by one, or do you have a more efficient method? i loved the animation and thank you for sharing your process!
@@tapdownn In the export settings you can choose the "render video" option and then there should be the option to choose PNG which will generate a PNG sequence!
For your first question, I was watching animations from people like Alan Becker, who in one video explained he used animate. I wanted to animate stuff like him, so I decided to give Animate a go (btw my actual first animation software I used was Pivot, and then I tried Pencil2D for a bit). I followed the 12 principles of animation video by Alan Becker and some tutorials on stuff like tweening from him too and other channels. As for the second question, I don't have a concrete answer to it. I think the best answer I can give is that each animation I did, there was something I was working on improving in it to get better at. It could either be composition, smear frames, running/walking animations, or head turning etc. So I can't say a specific thing I animate was what helped me get better, but an accumulation of stuff I did. Thanks for the question, though sorry if I didn't answer how you'd expect, please feel free to ask more! 😅
Can u make a tutorial on ibis paint animation? Currently I'll make an animation project with it. As my computer is broken, I have to switch to a tablet. Btw, awesome tutorial❤️ ❤❤
I never used Ibis paint before so I'm not sure if I can make a tutorial on it without any prior experience. I'd recommend finding someone else who might know about it better, maybe check this video by Fungzau: ruclips.net/video/a2SNzgfGLOI/видео.htmlsi=H_SY8N9SsQXELvRP
How do you turn off anti aliasing in Photoshop ! That's the first time I see someone doing the inking in Ps for anime animation and I'm really interested !
I'm currently not looking to hire anyone to animate with me, but I would be interested to know if you have a portfolio to share in case I decide to in the future!
Your 1k complete by me
Please make a full detailed video on it thank you
I love seeing the behind the scenes stuff since its helpful to display the time and effort these projects take to complete. Thank you for sharing ❤
I like to let more people know and be aware about how much goes into making something even if the end result is just a very short animation!
I know there are some things I missed or didn't explain in the video but if there's anything you'd like to know more about please ask me and I'll try my best to answer!
You did this on a week of real time or in a week as you worked on it during evenings?
@@IgorooooleynikovThis whole thing I worked within the duration of a week in real time. I spent most of the day working on it, including in the evening
This is underrated thanks for the guide.
I'm glad you liked it! I don't consider myself good at teaching something but I try to explain what I can
Showing the process of anime is a good thing.
So much work going into this! Looks really cool to see the behind the scenes
It really does take alot of work! Good Job
Thanks! I was hoping to have more time to work on it as well but time has been far and few as of now for me, but I still want to get more stuff done!
Ur gonna save my life , I wish I could be good like u , the submission is after tomorrow and I’m not finished yeeeetttt.
@@ibw0 At the time of this video I still don't feel I'm good enough, there's a lot of thing I wish I could do differently but that's what learning is!
Sm work put into it! Amazing job ‼️
Dw you did a great job breaking it down! Also shout outs for using Animate (groovy music too)
What got me into using Animate was Alan Becker a while back!
@@ElinaNoodles oh nice, that guy is a freaking legend
Please tell me why you made the line in Photoshop and not in Animate? The pen works quite conveniently in Animate. Am I missing something?

Wow, that looks cool. Thanks for your video.
I learned something thanks
Wait, so you sketch every frame before drawing outlines on it?! That seems like a tedious process!
wow, thanks for showing your progres. it's very cool!! :00 love it
Thank you!

wow i really like your work flow ! do you draw on photoshop and import the layer to adobe animate ?
Yes!
@@ElinaNoodles if you don't mind me asking, why? Isn't that just troublesome and more time consuming when line art can be done on Adobe animate too?

Actually you don't use the brush tool for that. Instead you switch to the pencil tool, which doesn't use anti aliasing
What programs do you use
Animate, Photoshop, and After Effects
Can i animate along side you
