If you decide to come back to this mod and update it, you should make the clock guy have hands (clock hands) that move in the same direction of the notes played (up = 12:00, down = 6:00, etc)

The health drain is a good idea. but make it remove some health every second. It would be like time is moving past bf.
It would be a nice little touch if the pendulum of the grandfather clock in the bg swung to the beat, too.
