    This is great, Dong!
    This is a great chance to learn animation timesheets. I hope you cover this in more tutorials to come.
    (PS: I already commented, but I don't seem to see it, so maybe it didn't make it. But if it did, I still want you to know how important this video is for me. Thank you so much)

    I’m so glad I found your channel and your videos! Been trying to wrap my head around the Japanese exposure sheets after using the western method for years and this video and the others you made about it really helped me understand the fundamentals for the Japanese method! Thank you very much for creating and sharing this!

    I've seen some western timesheets with a different format. The action column is really wide. And I know that for every 16 frames, it equals a foot.

    Thank you for the detailed information. I was having difficulty in understanding the time sheet and you made it so easy.
    I have a question regarding the process of animation. What's is the order of the work when dealing with the time sheet. Is is during animating the scene or prior animating process. And how to determined the in-between frames?

    About the time sheet... should you plan the amount of keyframes, duration and inbetweens, before you start working on the animation, or is it ok to change it while you are working on the shot? I've never used timesheets so I do the timing of my animations while Im working on them. Even after I've finish with keyframes, when I do the inbetweens I could add more frames to smooth it out.

    On the time box, do you mean seconds (duration) + frames (frames per second or number of frames of the animation)?

    • @gritgrinderart
      @gritgrinderart 2 года назад

      It's the number of frames in the animation. Since anime is always running at 24fps, they wouldn't need to write that on every time sheet.

    Hai Mr. Dong Chan, i'm Rey 🙌🏼 , i'm curious, do Japanese animator really record the audio after animation was done ?
    If it's true, why they doing it that way ?
    Cuz most of the time i learn animation from western animator youtubers and all of them do the recording first then animating after it.
    I've tried to find answer on youtube search but i didn't find any video that really explain my question.
