Hi Tracy,
It's a rainy day here, lots of rain overnight.
I love lots of shows from the 70's best era I think.
I always wanted to go into medicine. The guidance counselor at the time told me there was an over abundance of nurses. Not to go in that direction. So I didn't. I always wanted to be brain surgeon. I shouldn't have listened and just did as nurses were needed. I graduated from grade 13, we had grade 13 back in the day at 17 yrs old!. My mom and my aunt said you have to find something. My aunt on a referral basis , told her telecommunications company that I was a good candidate. I got hired. I retired with 40 years and 3 months of service !!! They taught me so much over the yrs, lots of movement , different departments . I retired from the engineering department. It was a good job but not the career I wanted. I tell any young kids go after your dream and always be happy with it.
