Thank you so much for your video. Briefly I am Welsh National but live in Ireland. I am 80 years old and deteriorating gently. Being deaf your video is wonderful. Life is good and the better from experiencing this video Again thank you Fran
I really needed this. Today is Election Day here in U.S. and I have been riding the edge of various emotions all morning. Trying to stay calm and this was so helpful. Namaste 🙏🏽
Michelle Christie - YTT - I listened to this in the middle of the night as I am recovering from jet lag after returning from Vietnam. I was unsure if this was a good idea as it was specific for insomnia. I experienced deep relaxation and then went off to sleep and had some incredibly lucid and vivid dreams about ancient events which was interesting and intriguing. Another wonderful experience.
My body really loves the right side of the body to the left hemisphere and the left hemisphere to the right brain. I look forward to doing this over and over again.
Hi Ally, I came back to this recording today for my practice because it had worked so well for me the first time. It was the first time I didn’t fall totally asleep in a practice but this time I did. After the recording ended and I turned off the phone, I went straight back into sleep and napped for another 45 mins. I guess it’s probably because I’ve been really stressed out and sleep deprived lately and my body really needed that extra sleep. Even though I have to take thing’s really really slow on your teachers training course at the moment, I am so glad and grateful for the chance to embark on this journey with you. With Yoga Nidra, I am able to get through stressful times like these with a bit of ease and support. Namaste 🙏🏻
Hi Ally, Angela here on module one’s fourth practice. This is my first time going on such a long yoga nidra practice and it is soooo relaxing and feels so wonderful! I also started seeing flashes of light in my mind’s eye when the awareness was guided to the left hand and fingers, and then occasionally throughout the rest of the practice. Thank you and Namaste 🙏🏻
Well, I absolutely needed that. Hadn't realised quite how depleted I was. Loved the detail, the left & right brain with right & left body, the welcoming, and the breathing visualisation. Thank you so much Ally. 🙏🕊️😊
I was craving a longer yoga nidra this afternoon. I found myself dropping into "real" sleep but notice how rather than feeling heavy afterwards, which is my usual experience of a nap, I feel a clear kind of alertness. Namaste, Ally. 17/07/23 1655 BST
Namaste Ally, Practice finished 01.06.2023 at 20:08 pm This practice was interesting. Besides the deep Rest state there were twitches and jerks in my feet. I felt completely relaxed but especially in my feet there seemed to be so much heat and prana that my leg shot up every 3 mins or so. I will definitely return to this one and see how the repetition transforms the experience. Thank you 🙏
Namaste, Ally. This wonderful yoga nidra provided awareness to the prana and the physical body layers with a unique breath visualization. As a result, I feel a sense of balance and ease as I start my day. Thank you for helping me explore the benefits of carving out a morning yoga nidra practice. As always, I appreciate your calming voice and gentle guidance! 11/15/22, 9:22am 🙏💚
Namaste Ally. I found this yoga nidra very beneficial in listening to how my body is feeling. I do find that my pace and sensations do not always synchronise with the pace of your instructions but it still works well because the underlying direction is to listen to your suggestions and to allow my body to settle.
This practice was so restful. I felt a lack of energy today since I woke up, and this was a real balm. Thank you ally! Going though first module here! Gracias!❤
Thank you for this, Ally! My friend Leslie turned me on to your channel and I am LOVING the yoga nidra. I am recovering from a concussion and have become very sensitive to sound, so the recordings with voice only are very appreciated. These are a perfect way to let system rest throughout the day. :) I've recommended it to my OT for others recovering too.
I have listened to many of your meditations and I do love the ones with nature sounds. That said, I only hear from my left ear and I loved being guided with only the sound of your voice. So very helpful to really hear you fully. And, this was a wonderful meditation. I was thinking, "Alternate Body Breathing ", the breath before you spoke it. Beautiful. 🙏
Hi Ally...I'm in module 2. I don't think this practice is on the list but is one that popped up. I enjoy background sounds of the jungle and soothing music but your voice alone is a soothing gift. Thank you! 6/9/24
THANKYOU. PLEASE MAKE MORE OF THESE. the music or birds or rain in your other videos are just distracting and annoying and I cant meditate with them. Please copy some of your other videos without background. Thankyou
Hi Jacob, I understand your opinion about the background sounds. For many people sounds take them to a much deeper place within themselves. For some, they like no background sound. This is why I have been releasing one a month without background sounds. Here is another for example- ruclips.net/video/Azo9a1ZI35o/видео.html (I have been and will continue to release more and more for people who prefer no soundscapes)
Namaste. I loved sensing the space around my fingers and toes, and alternate body breathing. I have chemo-induced neuropathy and most of the time I can’t feel my toes but during practice I can, and feeling them dissolve was really interesting. I feel very happy after this practice! I’m in YNTT module 1.
Namaste 🌻 this is excellent and easy to hear 😊💗thank you! p.s. would love to download the free Yoga Nidra... I have tried a few times over the last few months, when I press the link it goes to a page that says that the page i am looking for isn't available.
That was a wonderfully relaxing half hour. Thank you Ally. Unfortunately, nowadays the internet abounds with too many variations to choose and confuse! Fully understanding the practice of this ancient discipline with reverence has become somewhat dilutedi through commercialization and the hard sell marketing of our western world. Your consistent quality and beautifully soothing voice are much appreciated. This is one I will return to.

Such a beautiful yoga nidra. Really helped to restore me this afternoon
Occasionally I experience pulsation tinnitus in my right ear, like this morning. Halfway through the body scan, it went away. Much gratitude.
Module 1 Yoga Nidra Training. I found depth in the alternate body breathing. Thank you, Ally & Namaste! 🙏
I loved this one. I love when you do a detailed body scan, imagining the space around fingers and toes is such an interesting experience
Just your voice, Aly. Excellent. Absolutely my favourite, thanks. Namaste.
Namaste! Practicing late afternoon today. Was able to go into a more relaxed state than usual. Such a lovely practice :-)
Thank you

I love how you've made this accessible to more folks!
Thank you Ally, loved your voice only. I did fall asleep but feeling tired this week, I love the breathing up and down the body and each sides 🙏
Thank you Aly. I find the breathing polarities really powerful. 6.20am. Namaste. 🙏
Don’t even know if this was in our homework but it was the first thing that came up when I was in need and it met my needs exceptionally. 🙏🙏🙏
