I bought a rental and the first year they raise the property taxes on it 1000 dollars so it took 3 months total rent to pay the prop taxes. So i sold the property. I like to make a profit. F the city from now on. I invest in the market and i will never invest another penny in this shitty ass midwest town.

Not a fan of any cash value life insurance. Very high commission for the agent, I prefer buy term invest the difference
