Cheese is a must :) Great recipes. Going to be starting a channel myself soon, but we are middle aged, cannot believe how much I am learning from the next generation :) We are doing all life stuff for us middle aged people not just food. Please keep it up xx

Oh my word I’m drooling at the lamb curry😋😋. It’s my favourite thing to make after a lamb roast 😋.I just love lamb full stop 🤣. Great recipes again Vicki .😊x

Meals look lovely. That roast dinner soup I make a similar 1 when I buy a whole chicken I don't waste anything. The pork meatballs look nice with the fennel, I'm.gkimg to give those a go, maybe grate in some apple as well.

Hi 👋 Victoria Steve Oscar Bailey Jake siren 🚨 and Hobbs the dogs 🐶 too awesome 🤩 video as always first meal is a chicken 🐓 and butternut squash curry and a chicken 🐓 curry🍛 with rice 🌾 and flatbreads 🫓 and popadoms next meal 🥘 is pork with boiled potatoes 🥔 and air fried peppers 🫑 and sweet corn 🌽 and potatoes 🥔 air fryer chicken 🐓 thighs with lettuce 🥬 kimchi chilli 🌶 oil and flatbreads 🫓 next meal is a cottage pie 🥧 with tender stem broccoli 🥦 and carrots 🥕 and roast potatoes 🥔
I now dont buy any kind of flatbread and make your yogurt and flour ones, they are amazing and we have had them with so much stuff xx thanks for the awesome recipes x

I’m a chef in a care home, any left over Sunday lunch veg gets turned into a cream of veg soup, fresh cream and chicken stock and blitz! Or I alternate and do bubble and squeak patties for a Monday breakfast with a fried or poached egg x

That is so good to hear! The only thing I would change now is using fresh chicken breast instead of frozen as the frozen contains a lot of water 💧 I hope you enjoy it, I’d love to hear how it goes 🥰

I've told them all about your channel as I've been watching it for a long time and how you help show how to make your food stretch. Though the first lockdown it really helped me and now again we are at a place where food is so expensive and how you can make so many meals from one piece of meat . It's amazing. You really make a difference and in these hard times again it really helps . Not only that but how your food is amazing . So thank you... 🥰
Leftover roast dinner pie is another good one. I’m terrible for picking at the leftovers though 😂

That squash curry looks delicious! I don’t do dairy, I wonder if those flat breads would work well with coconut yogurt instead?

I have one question if I cook a joint of meat in the slow cooker one day refrigerate the left over meat, is it okay the next day to put that meat in the slow cooker as a meal? I have always wondered this? Thank you x
I’m sure that would be absolutely fine, no different from roasting a joint and using the leftovers really. Aw thank you, I’m glad you like the videos 🥰
I've never done butternut squash in a curry, do you think it would work with some chicken too? Or are the textures way off and its better with chickpeas?
Butternut squash and chicken go great together, I would add whatever you prefer as there’s not really any wrong combination 🥰
