Just watched this. I am originally from London but have lived in Cyprus for 23 years and have never returned. I love my retirement on this beautiful island in the Mediterranean (especially the weather!) but I do miss the English countryside where we used to explore villages and enjoyed cream teas all over southern England. For that reason, I would be very interested to see videos of your travels. We used to go travelling in winter too! ❤
LOVE the van ideas. As you said in these months we can all feel like staying in is best but to see you out in the van having hot food has made me want to go out! Even if it is just hot sausage rolls in the car with the kids 😂 better then being Infront of the TV! ❤️
Absolutely!! What a fab idea 💡 you definitely don’t need a van or even a car 🚗 we took tinned hot dogs in a thermos flask to the woods once. We had rolls and ketchup in a backpack and it was one of the best days out!

great video, the turkey etc that was frozen u said u cooked on the hob was that from frozen or did u defrost first? thank you
Hi, it was pre cooked but I added it to the pan from frozen. As long as it’s completely cooked and heated all the way through I’ve always found it ok xx
What about a Ridge Monkey series? We have a van and a couple of RMs, and I'd love a bit of inspiration - if you could do some vegan adaptable recipes that would be amazing thank you Xx
That’s something I have considered so good to know people would want to see it. We love the ridge monkeys, you can get really creative with them 😋

Didn't know you could cook the turkey without defrosting it first
I always have, as long as it’s piping hot and cooked all the way through I’ve never had a problem but if you feel happier defrosting it first then definitely do that ☺️
