My mom passed away last year and I just wanted to make this in her memory. I felt like such a big girl when she would bring out all the ingredients and let me do it all by myself! Lol!! My Mom used to make this for us kids back when I was your age in the 1950s. We didn’t use oranges, instead we used shredded coconuts, sliced grapes and heavy whipping cream. We called it pink coconut delight! The one you’re making looks like it tastes amazing! Thank you
One of my colleagues made this pink salad for every potluck. She claimed that it was the only thing she knew how to make. We all looked forward to having it. Thanks for bringing me a fond memory.
Love your video, I will try your ingredients. I use Fruit Cocktail or can Cherry Pie Filling add crush walnuts. But, TasteTheGrace I do everything else you do when it comes to marshmallows and whip topping. Yummy recipe.

Nice job on that fluff! Looks yummy. We add in equal parts of full fat small curd cottage cheese to our fluff.....adds a nice texture.
