Great video as usual. My heart skipped a beat when you said "Paint", then I breathed a huge sigh of relief when you added "3D". I love Paint for when I'm just too lazy to open up Photoshop to make quick fixes.
I am looking forward to installing it as part of the insider program. The Automator looked very useful and I have to say, I like how they combined all the Office Apps into a single App/Launcher.
I can't wait to experience the Power Automate. This is such a great tutorial, Kevin!
At first I thought one note was removed completely and was like noooo, but then saw you could still download it manually which is good. Really great tutorial Kevin! We all like free :)

Paint 3d is useful for me because I like to take isolated images from some of my photos and paint 3d is much easier to use than adobe photoshop for this. I am sorry to hear that MSFT isn't including it in windows 11 (though I am glad that I will still be able to access it from the app store).

09:59 - Lot to Laugh🤣🤣, Also the Pinning📌 function is very Good. Because I use RUclips a lot and I will Pin it to my Taskbar. 11:23 - I was not knowing about the Dialer app📞. Great Video🎬🎬
My Taskbar is vertical, so I keep non-essentials off of it. RUclips is first bookmark on my entertainment browser, but you could have YT subscriptions page as the default tab which opens when you launch the browser-or simply leave YT subs open when you close the browser so that it'll open next time you launch the browser.
Edge I think is better than Chrome now. I switched to Edge and so far I am quite happy.

In the calculator app, all the convert and other things were already there since Windows 10 (might be earlier idk) so you can actually already try it out
That is the beauty of windows. They care for their customers. The dialer is there in windows for some niche people who still use it and they kept it.

Speed Dialer is useful !
Not only dial numbers, it can puase 6 seconds and make some sections, then enter your ID...
For example, put a comma will wait for 2 seconds.

Didn’t expect Edge but I’m going to try it!
Try Brave-browser that is also Chromium-based. It has built-in, fast adblocker. You can also apply any Chrome extensions to it.
Edge is very good since it became Chromium based so it can use all the Chrome extensions. I find it'll open a few sites my other browsers choke on, so it's a keeper for me on my browser shed.
I wish they would bring back an updated version of Cardfile. Always thought that was such a handy little app.

Paint 3D is very useful for removing blackgrounds in photos. It's very easy compare to other apps.
Farewell Paint 3D - you won't be missed.
BUT - when will they bring back MovieMaker - the absolute best app MICROSOFT ever had. Fortunately the old Essentials version still works on Windows 10 - so hope it works on Windows 11. I use it continually.
i wish i would work for microsoft. i have sooo many ideas on what i should be included in win 11 with regard to video and audio i think if mr. gates would listen to what i would say him he probably would kill once and for all that fruit thing if you know what i mean ! imagine this : you open windows and you have an music studio and then you dont open a 3rd pary daw but one which is included in windows and that thing is packed with vst and you have no need to seek for vst instead well dont want to talk to much :) and then you want your music to be released together with a music video ...o well so you gonna open now a video edditor ...well what about a satisfieing NO! and what about all in one workplace! ... thats why i say if mr gates would call me and ask me if i can share my ideas and i would do that since i like it to build working things , windows would kill any other ios but since i do not work for microsoft and mr gates woill never call my number will my ideas stay just ideas but mr gates or anyone from microsoft who probably reads this : why dont you want to make out of windows windows in all and evyr matter ! and why dont you want to outrun the fruit guys ... men i wish i work in your company and i wish my ideas would become reality and not long after this you'll find the bitten fruit lefet wway behind ...

They (Microsoft) moved OneNote to Microsoft 365. I like the Office/Microsoft 365 App being included in Windows 11.
Some of the inbox apps in this build of Windows 11 are now 'stub' applications, meaning they only get installed when you launch them for the first time. Hopefully Microsoft will extend that to all inbox apps, like Mail and Calendar, that many people don't use. It will save the Store from updating apps in the background that have never even been opened on the device. And I'm guessing that the Mail and Calendar apps will change completely by the time Windows 11 is released. These are just placeholders for the moment.

Bro, after the Last Windows 10 update May, 2021 some us are down to only three 3D effect on the Video Editor (Confetti Blast, Lens sparkles & Snow).No one is able to help us. Do a Video on that? You got a solution?!

I wish Office OneNote to adapt the OneNote Apps visual design: the sections and pages being displayed vertically, as two "columns", on the left of the app-window.
i wish they could implement a few things from the old one note (with microsoft 165) to one note for windows 10. the look of the old one is just in some parts better even noone wants to use the old one since its missing important features. Furthermore, there are still a few features which are in the old one but not in the new one. I don't get why Microsoft ist not just putting them together...
@@justaguy9671 Microsoft is putting them together .. They will include Features from "OneNote for Windows 10" into the OneNote Desktop App, which is included in Microsoft Office Desktop Apps. - like Microsoft 365 or the standalone versions.
First OneNote Desktop exists, then with Win 8 they released a Store App from OneNote, which is also included in Windows 10. So Users have two Versions from OneNote. So Microsoft decited to end the Desktop App and removed it from Office 365 and Office 2019.
On Ignite 2019 Microsoft doing an U-turn.
I think, that Microsoft will plug off the Store App.

It would be cool if you could "pin" Store apps to your account so when you sign in at OOBE it would auto install things like Paint3d, also organisations could "pin" mandatory apps before MEM / Company portal kick in ?

Quick question, a relative of mine was gaven a laptop, already with windows 11 incl, and the basic work apps were preinstalled (word, OneNote, excel etc) i was wondering if they are free? I did not click them so im not sure but I made them a new Microsoft accnt for the computer setup, but I know she's never bought office 365 of any sorts. Will it ask to purchase an office 365 plan once i click them or????

I have been a chrome user for as sins forever... I changed to Edge after they started using chromium and I love it!
As a teacher who relied heavily on OneNote this pandemics time, I simply don't understand why this app is not there. The web version does not cut it at all for teachers, you need the functionality of the desktop program. Thank heavens it still is in the Shop!

My windows 11 laptop updated 2 days ago with a long update. I don't know what it did behind the scenes, but it seems the only visible difference is the addition of unwanted (at least, for me) apps, which I promptly uninstalled. I do not want bloatware. Maybe a new video explaining the rationale behind this update? Thanks.
Are all the apps that were downloaded in windows 10 microsoft store will be compatible with windows 11 like Xbox game bar and minecraft windows 10 edition?
Very informative, as usual, but what functionality is lost in the Office app compared to Office Pro? For example, does the app support Excel pivot tables like in the Pro version? I thought Office was a big money-maker for MS so it's hard to believe they are the same.
The online apps support pivot tables and most common features. There is some feature gap and you don’t get offline access. However, the feature gap is shrinking.

Hi kevin...I love your videos but, This leaked windows version is an early build. There might be more apps that would be included or discontinued in the final OS. So, my suggestion is to wait till the official announcement to happen on 24 of june. So if you are planning any more such videos on windows 11 I would recommend you to wait for Microsoft to announce it.
Good to know, can we get some comparison about which OS is more secure, less hackable, Windows or Mac?!
Mac of course-the much smaller user base guarantees the big money is to be made by targeting Windows. If Mac ever becomes a significant player, it'll become less secure and more hackable. This could happen, as Windows continues to become less important to MS's bottom line.

What is Microsoft going to do with Planner? The planner/task combo feature they rolled out I don't find helpful because I cannot attach them to individual Teams Channels and issue assignments to different people and track progress in Teams. I cannot tell you how frustrating I find this. Thoughts?
