Hey Walter and Good Morning dude. I have been watching your videos for quite some time, one thing I noticed (I may be wrong) however, in you first shots, a lot of those go high and maybe I was thinking that your reaction to recoil changes after your first few or the first shot that you squeeze off. you clench up and hold harder in your firmness of grip. anyway not to kick things around in your head, it was something I noticed. peace dude - Dave

Hi Dave. Keep in mind that my range is a 100 mile round trip, so I have to make the most of it each time I go. More often than not, multiple calibers are involved, and may vary from heavy to light. Some adjustment between firearms/rounds, plus the concept of clean barrel/cold barrel first shot is to be expected. Sadly, time, money and editing necessities don’t permit everyone to see everything that goes on. I do thank you for your constructive criticisms. 🤛🏻🔫🇺🇸

@@viejo2a Walter, I know what it takes to produce video content, it is a lot of work, time, care, money and a desire to do all of it. I'm glad that you see that I'm not criticizing and what I say is from years of experience plus my failures. Believe it or not, Dave (Me) is not the best shot, there has been so many trips to the range where I was butting my head into the wall. another thing is shooting too much, expending more than a box of ammunition in a caliber each time you go does you no good in practice, your last shot of shooting 250 rounds is not going to be better than your first 50 or so. again, all I try is give trial and error advice on what could be the root cause of inconsistency's. I feel that grip after handling recoil corrects it self as you shoot, High shots, low shots, and shots to the left or right is about follow through and the only way is to watch sight alignment while holding the pistol with a consistent grip and a correct amount of pressure making that grip while under recoil and the action cycles. again, I don't want to give the impression or some Know It All, all knowing, all seeing and all predicting. So, I apologize if that's the way it makes you feel. Peace out - Dave

Dear Walter, my name is Tim and I am reloading 45 ACP 230 grain round those and 200 grain flat nose with a very small hollow point. These are Barry loads that that that are 4515 and the 230 grain round those Measure .452. I am loading them in once fired Brass . It’s a mix no particular brand and I am trying them in my Ruger 45 colt convertible in a 4-5/8. Barrel with the 45 ACP cylinder, and I cannot get them to seat all the way flush with the face of the cylinder. I have some factory loads that seem to work. However, I would much rather use some of my reloads, I am writing you to see if you might have any suggestions. I am using the set of four with the Deprimer and sizer along with the flow through pot measure and the bullet seater and the factory crimp all come with the dies. I once again I’m writing you this for some of your wisdom. I really love what you do and I know if anybody has any good suggestions that it would be you. I’m this is lasted almost as long as a regular video but I didn’t know how else to get everything that I wanted to tell you I really love your posts on Rumble and what they let you put on RUclips thanks again number one fan. Tim
