Dillon might want to hire you after seeing the great job you have done rebuilding that old girl. Good job Walter. and thank you for showing us how it's done.
I bought my 550 in the 1990s and have been using it ever since with no problems. Watching this, I see some changes and upgrades that I probably want to make. Thanks for the video! Rat
@@robertbarrett8959 hi Robert. Cool beans! As you can see, getting a used one that is still in reasonable shape is not a real problem. They can be brought up to snuff fairly easily. Thanks for tuning in! 🤛🏻🔫🇺🇸
How are you today sir you are a lifesaver my primer system on my 550 has been giving me fits for a long time never knew about that bearing system , it looks like that should fix all my problems. I'm the guy that emailed you a month or so ago about the Square Deal be if you're still interested in selling it give me a holler thank you Eric
I love the 550 series, I'm not positive, however, I believe that press started out as a basic frame that was sold as a kit, those lacked the automatic functions, Powder measure, priming and such, all those could be added as kits later as desired. anyway the press looks and functions like new Walter, good job dude, peace - Dave
@@viejo2a It was when they offered the 550B machines, it was just the press that still manually indexed and didn't come with all the extras, but you could upgrade later on.
Very Nice Walter! You have made a beautiful like new 550 press out of a tired one. Great Job!
Thanks, Paul. Good to hear from you, as always. 🤛🏻🔫🇺🇸
Great looking unit after the rebuild! I hope it serves you well! 👍👏❤
