12 or 1 1/2 cups Graham crackers with a touch of cinnamon
5 tablespoons of melted butter
Bake crust for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees, I did 10 minutes.
Filling
2 8oz Philadelphia cream cheese(room temperature)
3/4 cups of granulated sugar
2 eggs (room temperature)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/3 cup of sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Bake cheesecake in preheated oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
After one hour, turn off the stove and leave in a warm, cracked oven for one hour. Then remove and leave to cool completely, cover, and refrigerate for 4 to more hours. Хобби

May I suggest using my product "Easy Bath Cheesecake Wrap " it is a silicone springform pan protector so you won't ever have to worry about water leaking in (or butter leaking out to oven bottom when you are not using a water bath) plus no more wasting tin foil, which doesn't biodegrade for more than 200 years, and is a waste of money too! 3 sizes: 7", 9" and 10"
