2 blocks of butter or 1 cup of butter(room temperature)
3/4 cups of granulated sugar
4 eggs (room temperature)
lemon or orange zest (which ever you prefer)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1/2 cup of evaporated milk
1 tablespoon of orange juice
Preheat oven at 350 degrees and bake for 40-45 minutes, depending on your stove

Can I double the recipe and add cocoa to half the mixture to get a marble cake?
Yes please and you can bake it for 45-50 minutes.
