There few bands that epitomize "Canadian talent" quite like the Stampeders. I did roadie work for them when they were touring here in the early-mid 70's and I'd go back in a second and do it all over again.
I love this song! I Found my dad's old cassette tapes in the basement and "The greatest Hit" was there. I remember when dad still lived with us, he would play that cassette in the truck over and over again. :) This song brings back a lot of good memories. :D

No video exists that I have ever seen, so when they released the Stampeders video history some time ago, they came up with this attempt to make it appear they were performing the song. But you NEVER see a band member moving their lips to the lyrics in this song. Because they are performing a different song in this concert. I have to believe there is a video somewhere out there of the 70's group performing this song.
