As a professional meeting facilitator myself, I'm always excited to hear how others have arrived at becoming a facilitator. I myself came from a background of communications, comedy improv and entrepreneurialism. During a professional development day while working for a board of educations I attended a workshop on group facilitation and while there realized that this was my calling. What a great profession to be in. Thanks for explaining is so well and sharing your story!

After 10:00 "We design buildings, then buildings shape us. We design meetings, then meetings shape us." I am designing a temp environment, the way work gets done. Like an architect.
