what's the point of wasting time investing in players that are going to league, Schmidt is a no nonsense calculated type of bloke, to earn a spot in the Green and Golds requires absolute commitment, hes building depth and experience as an ABs supporter im not underestimating the old Fox

The problem with Aus rugby has been uneven focus both sides of the ball. Offence/Defence. Very few Aussies can meet that threshold. Now you got a coach that will knock you back even if your attack skills are world class. I have been thoroughly entertained by Aus super rugby this season and am chomping at the bit to see how green and gold will go this season. BTW Abs had thta prob last year, hopefully Razor and co. can change it

Unfortunately yes, Rugby Union hasn’t been the power it once was, the wheels completely fell off when the witch-hunt on Israel Folau occurred. He was our best player and got treated shockingly, the hypocrisy and double standards was ridiculous and it didn’t go unnoticed.
NRL dominates the landscape in this country other than AFL and that’s were all the resources go.

Carter has been extremely inconsistent though definitely has plenty of talent. Lolesio deserves the no10 role after being solid all season.
