I am a 25 year old woman with a 32 year old man we have been together for 7 years and I love listening to your videos. Your interpretation of female nature is spot on. I am a hairstylist so I am talking with women all day. It's horrible how much they degrade men. They don't want to do anything for their man anymore. When I talk to them and speak about how I love to make sure my boyfriend has something to eat when he gets home and keep the house clean they look at me like I'm crazy. I am a very attractive woman that loves to do the domestic duties to pleases him, while most of these women are very average do not cook, clean, or have nannies caring for the kids. It's very sad what they think is acceptable nowadays, and half the time they tell me they think their husband is cheating on them. I would like to tell them I wouldn't blame him. Keep up the good work!

It doesn't end in your thirties either, I'm now forty and still in the baby rabies crosshairs as women in their thirties will date a very wide age range for that security. I ain't dating an ageist man, whether u are rich or not. U are just shutting off women over something they can't control and it's cruel.
Not all woman want money dude, u need to understand tht. Seek love , not just pleasure. U wanna grow old and have ur 10 years younger spouse leave you? No.

Chris Rock: "Guys, if you lose your job, your woman won't leave you immediately. But believe me, the countdown is on!!" Men marry for love. Women for utility. Every man makes the mistake of thinking he's different and his partner is different, only learning the cold, hard truth when he's dealt a financial blow. Trust me, the countdown is on.

    • @stevegwizzle3560
      @stevegwizzle3560 7 лет назад +9

Jesus Ponce. Yes, first off, study Robert Kiyosaki a little bit and you will understand more of what I mean. I'm personally investing in real estate e.g. home flipping, home financing, home rentals etc...real estate has quite a bit of investment opportunities to make more money if you know what you're doing or work with someone who is willing to teach and help you. I haven't made a bunch of money yet because I just started about 3 yrs ago. Within those three years the steady income has been great. No crazy numbers but its a good amount of income that I would not be able to make had I let my money sit in the bank. As of now its the only form of investment I'm doing but I'm looking to widen where I can invest more money e.g. lending short term money at a higher interest rate with a good down payment and some kind of collateral I can keep if the person does not pay me back. Or put money into a start up business for a small percentage of the earnings. There's plenty more opportunities to invest that you can research and try. Hedging your money means to reduce risk or to insure your money in case something negative happens or a loss. If you only hold one job and that is your only way of making money you are not protecting yourself in case you lose that job. Protect yourself and figure out ways to make money. Also, don't spend like crazy either, what's the point of making money if you're going to spend it all on dumb crap you don't need.

I'm a 29 year old single Dad and I'm taking a hard line here.
I will not introduce any woman to my son. Period. He's already dealing with Mommy's new boyfriend or newer boyfriend. I only have 168 hours in the week. Between work, bettering myself, caring for my son and teaching him and mentoring him, and being there for his education and extracurriculars, I really don't have that much time. Relationships are extremely time and energy consuming. There's plenty of women that are cunts to men's kids. It's just not worth the risk and the cost. I really do not believe that single parents should be dating and involving their kids at all. Now I still date very casually, and I'll get laid from time to time, but it's never during my parenting time and they'll never meet my son and my son will never have to see any of these women.

I got injured on the job at 35 and had to give up my career. Took 4 years to get my settlement. My lawyer told me 80% of his clients have their wives leave them within 6 months of being out of work. I was one of the lucky ones. My wife worked two jobs until I was back on my feet. Been married 38 years now. Nice to know she doesn't love me for my money.

I'm 27yrs old...about two years ago I started working as a yacht skipper...my income increased significaly...significaly mainly b'cause I come from less whealthy family and I did not use to earn this kind of money. I have only my mother and she's unemployed so everything fell on my back. Before I started earning (much) more money I was invisible to most women. receding hairline, gained some weight, broke most of the time. Since then, suddenly more and more girls gained interest in me. I wonder why.... and my test for girls like that is...on first few dates I pick them up with 17 year old beat-up car and watch their behavior and reactions. works every time

I thankfully made a turn around and I spent the last 2 years picking up the pieces and I’m working on myself. In school, almost out of debt, creating a financial portfolio and I’m in good health. I'm in the similar situation than you, but I had 2 serious relationships, been heart broken, and broke hart also, and then, realized that I could've handle it better. I'm 32 now. I was an introverted and shy dude around my early and mid 20's. I basically had my 1rst girlfriend out of pure luck. Now, I'm still introverted, but not shy at all. 4 years ago was when I started "faking it till I made it" not acting shy, that was how I got my 2nd girlfriend. I really didn't thought I could had a woman with her looks. Being a confident man without being a douchebag, helps you, not only with women but on every aspect of life, know your worth and become a better man, not comparing yourself with others, only compare with the same you than the last year. Yeah, good women are missing, but don't look for someone to date, just look for meeting people, hang around, hook up. We 're going to find some good people out there, and, among them, some good women. If a "good enough" woman to date doesn't come your way, still, you have relationships; for friendship and business. They are out there, we don't have to be looking for, but we should be out there also and stop being in our bubbles, if you know I mean.
      Good luck.

As a man in my 30's, I can say for myself that dating women is a lot easier than it was for me in my 20's... but there are some cautions you have to take into account.
A lot of men in their 30's become more attractive to women because they usually have accomplished some things in life, they have a job, a house, a car, etc. so they're suitable candidates because they can provide (financial) resources.
Not that there's anything wrong with that, but you have to look out for needy single moms or former hotties that did nothing but to live off the perks of being a 9 in their 20's... most of the women that would not even consider you in their 20's suddenly realize that you are their last chance of getting settled and provided for.
As long as you have a woman with a mature attitude that contributes to the relationship, it's gonna be fine... but as time progresses, there's an increasing chance of running into waves of divorced women, single former hotties that are just looking for someone to pay their bills!

Both did me dirty in the end and Since then I have been single for 6 years and been with 70+ Women. I realized how female nature is and how devious they can be which REALLY keeps me away from wanting a serious relationship. I have 2 close friends right now who are new to relationships and both in their 30's. Each met a Woman and quickly moved in with each other, Within 1 year one of them already proposed and the other plans to propose soon. I try to talk some sense into them because I have had a lot of experience with Women but they will not listen to me or even get pissed off with me if i tell them to use extreme caution. What's scary to me as that their current mindset is "She wouldnt do that to me" or "We're different". I thought that too at one point and have heard the same from TONS of other guys, Only to get destroyed either emotionally or Financially years later, Sometimes BOTH. I'm 43 and recently broke up with a stunning 32 year old fitness instructor. Miraculous body, all natural, no kids. I was hooked. Then, I was reminded by a friend "You need to be careful who you hang around, you are the sum of the 5 people closest to you". I then attempted to try to take her looks and the sex out of the equation and I realized that she was, in reality, a lazy, dumb loser. I would never hang around the guy equivalent of her. She seems to have her shit together and then I realized how irresponsible, jealous, and irrational she was and I projected an image in my mind of what it would be like to live with her long term. Despite the wonderful physical pleasure I received from her daily, I decided to dump her. It was a hard decision, but absolutely the right one. She would have ruined my life, and my relationships long term. I encourage men to do the same. Sex and beauty cloud our judgement in a wonderful way, But if you need to make a rational decision, Imagine that person in your life if they were a guy and ask yourself if they make it better or worse.

@@Hydrasword89 By realizing what you can provide in a relationship, your value as a person, not only the money, but you as a person. I've been in a mindset thinking that I wasn't good enough for "her",and that I was lucky to have her, even wishing she didn't realize, and when you are on that mindset you let pass A LOT of shit. Not only that, but how you carry yourself, how you react to situations, how you loose that drive to better yourself, everything makes you less attractive for sex, for friendship, for work.
Having sex is a biological need, as taking a shit, but you can select when, where and with what person you have sex with. So I was talking about putting up with bullshit just to hopefully keep having sex with someone, when actually we have options, and when a person knows and feels that his person of interest have options, that attracts them even more.

When women are turning 25, the more traditional among them are extremely marriage-focused. It's like a game of musical chairs, and whichever guy was around when the music stopped, was it. Many women get married in their mid-twenties out of a combination societal pressure and biological imperative, and far too many of them end up back in the dating pool by their mid-30's.

I’m 34, been single for the last 8 years of my life, and I agree with this advice. A good woman is hard to find. Best advice in this video is to look at what she is doing, pay very close attention to everything. Have strong boundaries. You will get duped, but it’s only normal; accept it and move on, and be grateful you spotted it before it is too late. Good luck

I asked 200 females big large paid dating site if they would do that to their son..... "depends" and "not my place to judge" was always the answer. It's very scary and I blocked every single one of them and eventually never renewed my membership. I can easily speak to women in the real world I've just been focused on myself trying to get ahead. I thought it was going to be maybe five or six out of 200 that would give me that response but the fact that almost all of them would not say no not for my kid was shocking.

I would be lying if I said I didn't feel bitter, but I've come so far on my own that there's just no more room in my life at this point. The best dating advice I can give someone is finding someone that can be a friend first. If you are just interested in casual sex, that is fine too, but both parties need to be honest and open with each other. You can't force something on the other party if they don't want it, that is just asking for drama and trouble.

Sometimes I wonder if I would’ve been better off taking the risk. But then I see how cruel she became after she left. Failed every test I gave. Of u show a woman vulnerability, and she treats u like shit, she’s just like the rest of them. I understand it’s their biological programming. Please, don't generalize. I'm a woman in my 30's, I'm single and I'm eventually dating guys but I have no rush to have children or get married. You can't force things, if you don't fall in love at your 30's there is no problem, enjoy your life as it is. We are in this world to be happy not only to procreate... I agree with you only in one thing: don't settle down with the wrong partner just because society says is "time" to get married and to have children. I will rather prefer to adopt or don't have kids instead of an unhappy marriage. That would be more painful. I will also prefer to be single than divorced even if society sees single ladies as "strange creatures". We are in the XX century so please don't follow those cliches. This applies to both women and men.

christopher bonner I don't believe in marriage not only because its just a trap in our modern world, but even in the old world it was still " till death do us part" which is something I can't accept , if u trully love someone and they truly love you (never gonna happen in the present) wouldn't just want to get separated from your soul mate even in death.
couples usually fantasize of going to heaven together and be forever together , but in reality you are no longer together since u parted at death , so that eternal love scenario is impossible throw marriage

(actually, high school and college, when you're around a lot of people your age and have free time)/ You're supposed to be young and poor and build a life together as a team. After a certain age, the pool of available mates shrinks and dating gets significantly more complicated. I'm 43m and married, but if I were single again at this age I doubt I would date at all. A lot of truth in this video. It's great that men are hearing how it really is in the minds of women in their 30s (and yes I'm a married woman). The anthropologist Helen Fisher said that men are much more idealistic in love, and women are more pragmatic. Men have that luxury of being more idealistic, because they don't carry wombs, babies and then breastfeed around the clock (I literally could do nothing but feed my firstborn son for 15 hours a day in the first 2 months after his birth). We have to feel at least secure, otherwise our offspring (and hopefully it's your offspring too) won't survive.
Having said that, my husband and I met very young (20). He had nothing when we met. We couldn't even eat out for dinner for years after we first dated. We spent dates in his car cause we had nowhere to go. My ex had a brand new mercedes. Almost every woman friend and family member I had bagged the sh*it out of my now husband because he drive a bomb. I got kicked out of my own home for dating him - one reason, because he was a 'poor man'.
I couldn't have cared less what he drove. Because we loved each other. And that's what men should look for - a woman who truly values the emotional connection and emotional attraction in a relationship. Sad to say though - as women hit their 30s, it gets harder to find the ones who truly will value the connection and attraction, because the clock is ticking and there is that sense of urgency.

Everything Rich says on this channel is true but you can get what you want if you are very, very, very, very careful in choosing and look at a marriage like something that needs constant maintenance. nainjatt seriously it's not worth having a girlfriend or a wife these days, men are better off working out in the gym, and stay focused on building wealth, pussy is only there to distract, and destroy a man, I see these women posting themselves on social media, and men are liking their pictures, this gives them more self value to destroy the men that are involved with them, so many women think they are the prize because simps keep on investing in them, I had a friend that spend money on her school loan, he buys her everything, only to find out she was still banging her ex boyfriend, women are nothing but unnecessary drama, most guys think kids will hold them yea right, I've seen plenty simps dating women that has 4 kids, I've seen women that has 5 different baby daddies and men still think they can take these women serious, I mean who the fuck is gonna lay up in a house with 5 kids, and your not the father of any of them, and these women will still be saying stuff like am looking for a decent man, even though her apartment is a daycare center with all tribes from different men with different nationality, look at Kimora lee Simmons, and yet there's always another simp ready to add himself to the list.
