Now I’m doing 2 work outs a day 180 push ups 500 sit ups, jump rope and 2 mile run to end it then I do it again at night. Tate completely and utterly changed my life. I've been battling depression since childhood brought on because of trauma and he showed me how I can cure it. I never really cared about my last name infact I felt shameful about it, he taught me to have honor and duty, I was already trying to be the best version of myself before I discovered him but I feel like he pieced a lot of things together with his uncomfortable truth telling. He showed me why I shouldn't be trying to chase being happy, but instead chase doing things that make me proud, and fulfilled, because happiness comes along with that, and your life becomes a lot better. Tate completely and utterly changed my life. I've been battling depression since childhood brought on because of trauma and he showed me how I can cure it. I never really cared about my last name infact I felt shameful about it, he taught me to have honor and duty, I was already trying to be the best version of myself before I discovered him but I feel like he pieced a lot of things together with his uncomfortable truth telling. I was struggling to find motivation and how to get obsessed but he showed me the power of dicipline and dedication, then the obsession suddenly comes when you commit. Not to mention that he showed me I can convert negative energy into positive energy, that pain and suffering is a GIFT given to me for growth so I can go thru sh*t and become something of value
Nice! I've been struggling with some of the same things. Looking at life through a different lens. But I'm slowly understanding how to look at things differently. The chasing happiness vs feeling proud and fulfilled, or the lacking and looking for motivation vs being disciplined and dedicated. That is golden stuff! Because I had NEVER put those things together like that until just now.

Ive gone through a shit ton in my life. Nothing worked. No meds no rehab nothing. I became a victim. Im a decent looking dude and women walked all over me. Everything he said changed my life and perspective. I started working my ass off and stopped being a victim because they dont recover. Im now hitting my potential. Wish i had him earlier.

This man needs to be protected at all costs. I've been listening to him for a while now and it's refreshing to see that someone saw the gaps in stories the way I did. That someone saw everything as bullshit and truly believed that he needed fight against everything he was taught by the system to achieve the success he has. We need to bring this mentality back!

Definitely disagree. Society still sees lazy and unproductive men the same way it has since the beginning. Like they're nothing. I'm not seeing this idea where society is letting men get off being lazy or empowering lazy men. You may find men who are not where they want to be but most men are out in the world trying to get it. Then about a year or two later I found andrew tate and he really kicked shit into overdrive. I’m the best version of myself that could possibly exist at this point in time. He really did change my life and has helped so much. Both these gentleman have completely changed my attitude and life.
This man has given me more motivation than anyone ever has, helped me lose some excess weight, made me more confident and made finally see my own potential.

I have been blessed enough to be able to let my wife be a stay at home mother raising my beautiful child . I had a pretty bad experience in the marines which ended up putting me in a wheelchair for a few months.
