C Table - DIY Slide Under Sofa Table or Side Table for Drinks and Snacks

My wife has been begging me to build her some furniture. I figured a C Table was a great place to start since it could be as a slide-under sofa table or an end table. Turns out it is a GREAT starter project for someone interested in furniture making with welding and woodworking aspirations.

torch angle... work on it. from the shots i've seen you are running very shallow wich lenghtens the weld puddle and balls up your filler rod. you just dont have control over whats happening. and also try to prop yourself so you can maintain a comfortable position during the weld, makes it so much easier :)
