This neck stretcher changed my life for the better. My neck used to “seize” every few weeks and then I couldn’t move it for several days without shocking pain. My dr suggested injections but I didn’t want to go that route. She prescribed muscle relaxers and nerve pain relievers but I took them once and threw them out… I was lethargic for a day and a half just from taking one dose. So I went online and found this thing (mine is made of stiffer material than the one in this video). Omg! Two years on now and my neck no longer seizes. And I had dealt with that problem for almost 20 years! I also resolved my tension headaches with this thing. I don’t use it every day. I only use it when I get the telltale stiffness that would usually indicate a seize was imminent and I only use it for 15 mins. It’s a godsend

Bought one of these and love it. I have neck arthritis and it has relieved the pain. I use it daily and meditate while using it. Win, win situation. Love it.

Nice to come across your channel again. I’ve been seeing a lot of these products online recently. As a healthcare practitioner myself, I thought just like you did. A rolled up towel under your thoracic area is more effective alternative u less one had other issues. Cheers

I have a “military” neck or straight instead of curved. My curvature is at 1.8 degrees when it should be 43. I’ve noticed less neck pain and have been using it about a month now. Still having issues (due to my neck being so straight) and had pretty bad pain when I first started using it but it has improved some.

I happen to have the straight neck with no curve so I guess I am one of those people that should get it. I'm always searching for products that have a strong curve. I used to have a wooden neck pillow and it worked great. It was basically a dome to rest under the neck but I would sometimes use it on my thoracic for relief too. Wasn't meant to sleep on but sometimes I fell asleep using it.

Thanks for making a video about this product. Always been seeing this in online stores and didn’t really know if they worked. What actually helped me with my neck pain is yoga that includes poses that stretches the neck and the back area.

Hey thanks for this!! I have a completely rectified neck so you just answered my question ! Do you have a comparison between this device and the more complex one cervical Neck Traction Device, Air Pump with 3 Power Traction, Built-in 8 Airbag,Neck Stretcher for Neck Decompression and Neck Tension Relief that looks very intimidating? I have been trying to recover the curve with fisio and excercises for 3 years now and I am at the point of desperation

How is forward neck (which you don't recommend it for) different from loss of the curvature (which you do recommend it for) ?

Will this help for Notalgia? I believe it is from an old neck injury. I do have neck pain and reduced range as well, since having had the injury.

Thank you for this video! I’ve been wondering this because it’s marketing towards helping a neck hump. It does help me with relaxing my neck and shoulders so I do enjoy using a few times a week.

I've been seeing a chiropractor and I have forward head movement with a small hump developing. They've had me using something similar, a dinner roll, so I bought one of these but your vid says that movement is no good! I do feel less stiff after using it and my neck movement is improving, with other exercises, but I don't want to cause more damage.
