Both homes are beautiful. I’m glad the 2nd home showcased furniture.. I was not sure if table set would fit in kitchen but it does.

I liked the first one better.. But I am glad they showed the second one with the bed in the master bedroom.. It just isn't big enough... That didn't even look like a full sized bed to me.. And I also think the master bath also needed a free standing tub..
I was hoping the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the house not next door to one another 🙄
Can you get these but with inexpensive granite and not all granite tiles in the bathrooms. You can find things that are less expensive that will look good. I love the house, exactly what I'm looking for just a bit more pricey than most manufactured homes.
I really like these homes my only complaint is I wish the A/C vents were in the ceiling not in the floor.

Perfect shower seat.
I would love to see these in 18 foot wide, with a split loft for the teenagers. No dishwasher for me. We need the space. I would love to see barn doors and built in dressers in every bedroom.
Must think giants will live here that bathroom cabinet would need a step ladder before I could reach it.

80,000 for something that's only worth 30,000
Couldn't build it for 30K. The lumber, windows an doors oh an frame cost about that. Now add plumbing wiring an ECT.
Not saying your wrong just could not get the quality.
Maybe just plywood floors an walls.

@@rachelsavone5124 the only thing that's real wood is probably the gram and deck. When building these homes on wheels they use the cheapest of everything.
Clayton homes has one like this. Its $23,640. Has the same thing this has but with out the a.c.
I think the price is good. Could a person build this for less? Yes I'm sure you could, but this "Cottage" comes complete, with delivery and set up. And I've seen many "Tiny Homes" no where near as nice as this, wind up costing a lot more than this (after years of working on it). So you have to weigh it out. How much is your time worth? And not everybody can build their own house.

I love the fireplace of the first one. The kitchen is a good working size kitchen. Dining area is awkward. It's rather crammed. I love the size of the master bath. Every home should have two bathrooms and one with a walk in shower. Looks like barely enough room for a queen. I would probably put lamps and small shelves on the wall, instead of nightstands, to solve that problem. I really like the ceiling too.
Very nice but the hallway looks too narrow..be hard to get furniture to the bedrooms.
I love the second one, the lighter colors make it feel bigger. Now with this type of home, is traditional financing available? Is it classified as a mobile home? Or is it classified as a modular built?

Reminds me of a “shotgun” house..
I really like these houses, especially the dining area, and it’s got plenty of windows to bring in the sunlight. Another part of these houses that I like is that there’s a laundry room that will accommodate a full-size washer and dryer, along with other cleaning supplies and tools.
I’d use the smaller bedroom as either an office or a recreation room... and the master bedroom/bathroom are spacious, with generous closet space, and both houses seem to be easily adaptable to a senior citizen, especially the shower seats!
love the house layout but I would take a smaller room somewhere else for living room space. I spend a lot of time there. Otherwise very nice.

I can't find these models on their website. I love the second one. Will they deliver to myrtle beach.
This particular dealer does not deliver that far. Check out www.deervalleyhb.com/find-your-home/ to find a local dealer near you. I couldn’t find this home on the web site either, but the dealer had a print out of the floor plan when I asked about it.

i DO like finished walls, room on counter tops in bathrooms, vents in ceiling, carpet free. LOVE knowing price, makes my viewing more focused , would have enjoyed audio, but not crucial. only change i would make: use part of the porch (somehow?) to make an entry that had a front closet, mirror, maybe bench.

This is amazing home! A couple things I would change function wise and for more space but beautiful! I would definitely take out that forced air system and put in a heat pump. Make that closet a pantry. That laundry and master closet can be smaller to make the kids room a bit bigger. Love the lighter finishes of the second home. Makes it feel larger.

The second one definitely seems to be everyone’s favorite.
I have a 3 bed 2 bath LR and kitchen manufactured home and have just as much space in each room as these have plus a 3rd bedroom and mine is 16 x 75 that is 1200 sq feet and I dont see where these offer anything better regarding space etc. and I have a lot more cupboards in my kitchen

If you could bring the price down on these you might sell more of them as is way to much for my pocket book.
the problem becomes... at $80k one can pour a 15 x 80 concrete slab foundation, erect 2x4 walls, a timber frame porch, hardie board siding, shingle roof and similar interior finishing.
AND NOT have a depreciating asset with a spongy floor and social stigma.

in an area where electricity is dirt cheap, the thought of gas only furnaces and water heaters is a ruin for me, waste tons of money 4 months outta the year.

Propane Fireplace?
Only electric or wood burning. I’ve been told you can’t get a mobile home delivered with a gas fireplace. You could install one yourself though.
