I toured this house a few days ago in GA and they had it priced at 450,000 if placed on a foundation. 389,000 if left on its trailer and brick skirting around it. These modular homes are pricing themselves out of the market. Who is paying that price for a house with den stop it deer valley
Yeah really like the house, but don't like it when the price isn't listed. Wish sellers would atleast post the base price to get an idea if it's in our price range or not. Otherwise you're just wasting time. 😮💨
I agree. This was filmed when COVID was really making the price of everything fluctuate a lot, so I was asked not to post the price because it might change. Especially if you are watching this years from when it was filmed. Thanks for watching!
@@changes6679 You have to call or go to the dealer to get the price check. I feel your pain. If you call the dealer in your area, they will give you a quote.
@@changes6679 I totally agree. I understand that prices have changed-but then give us an Updated ball park figure! How hard is that!? I would think they would not want to waste their time either!
love it.. but i would change the cabinets to white and different pulls. i would want a really modern chandelier in dining, a sink in laundry.. ac vents on the ceilings, i don't like the color brown so id want the wood in the living room a white wash and lighter color floors throughout. and last the brown trim on the outside would have be changed to black. then it will be perfect

Even on their website, they don't post the base price. I was in Alabama and was going to stop by. I decided to keep going to avoid bs
