- **WARNING SPOILERS FOR HADES STORY**
Persephone plans a feast to reunite the gods. Zagreus invites all of the Olympian Gods and Hades and Persephone throw a Feast fit for the Gods to reunite their families in the true ending of Hades.
This is the Epilogue of the story (The true ending) and end of Persephone's plan to reunite the Chthonic and Olympian God's - Throw a massive feast!
Like many of you I absolutely loved Hades (especially the voice acting!) and I couldn't find many people uploading story clips of all of the great dialogues between Zagreus and the other characters. So I am going to try and get as many in order as I can from my playthroughs!

It'll be interesting to hopefully hear what he was up to during all this when he appears in Hades 2! Whether he's assumed to have attended the party and just wasn't offering blessings or something else!
@@glitter-fiasco all of the gods giving the blessings either took intrest or were invited by Athena. Apollo is propably too up himself to be bothered by either, Hepheastus too busy... Hera propably schemed a plan against Zagreus in the meantime given she's quite the envious one.
@@shadowman484 Hera wouldn't have much reason to scheme against Zagreus, he's not Zeus's bastard and he didn't get called more beautiful than the queen of the gods

Mood
Zagreus has truly taken his role as the tutelary deity of Reconciliations.
Otherwise known as the God of Marriage and Family Counselling.
He's the god of blood, so he fixes the bonds in the bloodline
And the god of rebirth. He definitely earned that name too

The explanation of Persephone about family dynamics is the most "Greek extended family" moment I have ever heard. Source: I have a huge Greek extended family. 🤣
And here i always thought that Greek Mythos - it's just journal of sorts of one of that Greek extended family.
I love Dionysus immediately understanding that a Party looms in his future.
Don't leave out CHAOS next time! Prime Originators gotta get in there as well!

Dionysus understanding instantly is my favorite part lmao, doesn't even need to figure it out like poseidon or artemis. That's my man.
The only issue I have with this game is that the bash was not shown in game. Such a wasted opportunity, it could've been one of the most memorable moments of the game

@@northernalpine4350Honestly that’s how I felt after the story was over. I was expecting some secret bosses or areas but it was just Zeus and Hades giving each other a bro handshake and that was it.
it made me so mad, i had grinded for that special ending and got a cutscene instead
I wanted to walk around and talk to them at the party and see some in-game models!
I love that moment of zeus and hades shaking hands so much
The god of beards
Majority of the players stopped playing Hades after reaching the true ending, not knowing there's an epilogue ending before Hades II events takes place.
So I imagine if a player/streamer finished Hades true ending but not the epilogue then quickly jumped in on Hades II, they'll be confused on how the entire family got reunited before Chronos takes over the Underworld.
For example (Hades II spoiler alert -->): Poseidon suspects that Hades had cut off communications to any Olympians after reunion. Reason - Hades doesn't want to get dragged with Olympian gods and godesses' problems. That's it. And then during the events on Hades II, Poseidon found out that Hades was captured by Chronos.
The voice actors for this game were just wonderful.
Chronos legit missed his chance to bind all the gods in hell for real.

It's mentioned in the game that gods take whatever forms they want. I believe it's in a conversation between Athena and Aphrodite.
It’s more story telling via design, the role the characters play were as motherly figures. Persephone to Zagreus and Demeter as Persephone’s. By portraying them as older, they are aligned with more matriarchal design elements that we have. The in-universe reasoning is that Gods choose how they want to look

His symbol does show up during the sequence of them all coming

@The-Silliest-Little-Guy yes, and that's because Hermes doesn't deliver his stuff from Olympus like the other gods. He goes to meet Zagreus wherever he is, as if he was just passing by, usually Asphodel.
It's like "Hey cousin, I was just passing by and saw you smashing your father's troops, so here, take this from my purse of boons and move on".
Persephone or Nyx likely told Hermes about it, but the interaction between Zag and him if you give him the card is cool too: "this time, it's me who will deliver you a letter".
And zeus made a few more children in the party and Hera burned the party and everything around it . The end...

Never really been fond of the semi-demonisation of Demeter that's grown popular.
9:28 this becomes so much, weirder when you consider the fact that Persephone is also Zeus’s daughter….
Not in the Supergiant Games version of the family tree, she is the daughter of Demeter and a mortal farmer, which is also why Zagreus bleeds red.
@@TheSast to add, demeter was also made to be the daughter of hyperion, they really want to keep the incest stuff to a minimal

Depending on the version, it's either because she already has Orion and/or Callisto, or because she's a Virgin Goddess.

Demeter foster brother?
They changed the lore to make Demeter a daughter of the Titans, who defected to the side of Olympus and then acted like a foster sister to the original Olympians. If I remember correctly, this was done in order to prevent incest in Zagreus' family tree. Because in the original stories, Demeter is Hades' sister, so Persephone is his niece.
They changed it so there is no incest. Demeter’s husband is a mortal farmer so Persephone wouldn’t be in an incest thing and stuff. This might also explain her appearance since she looks a lot more human and not a different skin color or flashing hair like the other gods
They made it so instead of being a child of Kronos like Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades, the other 3 (Demeter, Hera, and Hestia) are now children of Hyperion. They also leaned more into her association with the seasons rather than focusing on harvest
They made Demeter, Hestia and Hera foster-sisters to Zeus, Poseidon and Hades.
I stand by Artemis becoming a love interest 😩🤌🏽
