Hi! You can do that but I would just wait to glaze it and bake it until the same day. An hour before you're ready to bake it you can take it out of the refrigerator, then glaze, then put it in the oven. Hope that helps! 😊
Sure! I've done that many times before. I like to slice it and wrap the pieces separately before freezing so I can have a single piece without thawing the whole thing. 😊
Hi! Nutritional yeast has a pretty specific taste so I wouldn't recommend trying to substitute it... if you really need to, I might try a very small amount of miso paste, along with some flour or cornstarch to thicken the paste if it's too thin. But I can't say for sure what kind of results you'll get with that. Good luck 😃

Hi! I haven't tried it but I'd probably use parsnips. Something with a texture that will cook in a similar way and still work with the other flavors 😊
