I hope you enjoy as much as we do. Turned out to be one of the best dishes we've done on the channel.

Nice recipe, butter tip is very useful. I thinking your recipe needs a little more water and more cooking time.

Hey Larry, how long did it take to preheat using the steam and bake setting?

Not enough liquid so the potatoes nearly burned.

Sorry that happened. Mine did just fine. Maybe put a little more water in next time and you'll be fine. Thanks for the communication..

I was just wondering what you use to lift the crisping tray out. Ninja/shark didn't supply any kind of tool to do that. I am not surprised. The shark vacuum I bought did not come with nor do they make a simple common brush attachment for it. I think they leave things like that out to save money.... I went to the thrift store and got a big fork like you would use to carve a turkey. The first time I used the speedi I opened it after cooking thinking, how am I going to get that out without burning my fingers? Shark/ninja support isn't that good. I called and asked them what the size of the vacuum hose was so I could try to find a compatible brush attachment and... they didn't know. HAHA

I just use a set of rubber tipped tongs like you would use to lift pieces of food. In the center of the rack, there is a little raised piece that makes it easy. I hope this answer helps.

I just use a normal fork to take the tray out, works fine for me :)
