I don't like the layout of the first unit. I cannot imagine having a kitchen and a washing machine right in front of the main entrance inside the hallway. The balcony is just way too big for a 500sqft house and it's such a waste of already limited space. The architects obviously value form more than function because this house doesn't care about your basic needs. There is hardly any storage space so good luck if you love to shop. The bedroom is also small and depressing with the haphazardly placed windows. The fact that you only have less than 20cm of space between the wall and the bed of all sides just screams claustrophobic. What's the point of having an electrical wall socket when you can't even place a console table/shelf/dresser in front of your bed. For such a small space, it's better to have a studio apartment.

Agreed, buyers of these will be larger families so the living room area totally does not make sense. Have to strongly disgree where the video mentions its suitable for a 3-gen family. Can that area even sit more than 3 adults? Just an example of how newer condos not really practicable/liveable in my view. Essentially selling you large balconies/Aircon Ledge space for the same PSF.
