He only lost because one of them pushed his shield, making him lost balance. But, he was the only one that defended himself against it. The others were caught almost right away, except Kirby.

Turns out he has a really thick french accent and it comes across strangely in his singing, but honestly, his voice has grown on me and I like his cover as much as the original.

Sonic could've easily outran Galeem, to an extent, Galeem basically consumed the universe. So yeah, at that moment Sonic was easily capable of outrunning Galeem, but he would've been caught eventually. Not because he was too slow, but because it was inevitable.

Okay so people are getting triggered over the fact that in her specific cover version, she used ignite over unite.
Reminder the key words are Cover Version, meaning she can change any words to the song how she likes, especially if it's to better match the rock theme she had gone for.
It's understandable that people prefer the lyrics how the original sung it, but again keep in mind it's a cover version.
Nothing wrong with this cover actually she sounds pretty close to the singer for it.
For me the Changes Sound very good. I mean she say the same Thing Just with other words.
Thank you, not enough people seem to realize this. Noticed the same thing happening under many of her other covers. It's not about literal translation, it's about bringing the same message across while at the same time matching the lyrics to the melody and theme of the song.

Coming to this after the final character reminds me just how insanely great this franchise is, even down to it’s almost kingdom hearts level of ridiculously crazy lore. Pretty fitting seeing now who the final fighter is.
This cover gives me chills every time. Though, seeing that you made a persona 5 inspired cover of lifelight, would you consider a kingdom hearts inspired cover to bookend this wonderful era of gaming history?

SORA FINALLY MADE IT IN!!!!!
What I really came to love about this song:
A month after I grabbed it at release in Japan, 2 days after my bday, my fiancée and I were nearly killed by a drunk driver.
The entire time in recovery, I played smash and kept listening to this. I started working out slowly and handling the bills, and the song became an anthem of clinging to life and bringing the fight back when nearly all was taken away.

Also the singer for the original Lifelight is the same one who sung for Kirby Right Back At ya's japanese opening, Hoshii No Kabii, Kirby Of the Stars. If you invert Hoshii No Kaabi, it stands for World Of Light.
Also the ending credits for Smash Ultimate prove that this game has been planned for since brawl as A) The pillar of colored flames is from FD Brawl and FD Universe/Planet (My name for Sm4sh)'s backgrounds. Not to mention the blue light that was in the opening cinematic where galeem pulls a Thanos is featured in Subspace Emissary when Master Hand frees themselves from Tabuu, as on the floor instead of red blood is blue light that vanishes once MH gets back up only to be given the good ol Fox Shine from tabuu. This also means this might be the last smash game as im sure Sakurai hadnt planned for any further smash game considering it was planned since Brawl with this evidence.

smash is the ultimate celebration of all gaming and how far it has come our hobby has come far and evolved so much what started as 3 pixels on a screen has morphed into something for everyone to bond over and the legacy continues with new consoles and games coming out this is more than a hobby now its now something way bigger than itself
