Hi hope you’re well and thanks for helping a lot of people. I’ve got a problem with my Ozmo 920. I’ve changed the battery and bought a new dock as I’ve read from the comments I thought it would solve the problem. But the deebot still doesn’t want to charge. It finds the dock but doesn’t stop to charge. It keeps trying to reposition itself on the dock. I wiped the metal bits on both the deebot and dock aswell. It just seems not the make contact with each other. What else could be the problem? Can you please help me? Thank you
If deebot can find charger but couldn't charge so it's not a charger or battery issue...just motherboard issue

Hello, i have questions right now i have ecovacs t10 omni and when i buy them the seller said that i cannot use any mop soap or dish soap and i have to use the soap that comes from the ecovacs, because they said it would clogged the pump in the docking station
is it okay to use something like dish soap that are not corrosive (no rust) because in my country their soap cost 2x more than others?

Actually no need to add soap or detol etc...if still you want then just add floor cleaner a bit enough.wont damage rubber pipe or pump...

Can you show how to fix or replace communication/WiFi board. Also no sound or audio.
There's video available in 2 parts how to disassemble & assemble back...once you open the top cover just replace the core board located next to the motherboard on the main brush motor assembly attached with the motherboard
Hey our eureka robo vaccum isnt dispensing water the reason I tried to figure out is when I keep the water tank opener open the water is dispensing on the mop but when I close it and attach it with the machine it isn't dispensing and it does say water tank installed when we install it so can you just guide me
Ok understand.. means ur water tank pump not functioning.. inside there should be a Small motor that's faulty that's all

My problem is as follows: I charge the robot in its base, and when it goes out to clean, it usually runs for 2 seconds and then shuts off. After that, I put it back on the base, and it seems like it's trying to recharge, but sometimes it shows an error with a red light on the button and three constant beeps.
On other occasions, it starts and begins to vacuum for a while, but then it stops abruptly with the light turned off.
I have cleaned the battery contacts and the entire robot, but I always encounter the same issues in either of the two situations.
