Good video. I'm familiar with this brand and I'll chime in in case anyone cares. I've had the Ecovacs Deebot T8 AIVI for maybe 2 years now. Originally bought it for $799. Recently bought the auto empty base for $260 and also got the scrubbing mop attachment for $70. Overall it works okay. I'm not sold on the AI recognizing object on the floor. I've still had mine run over actual dog 💩, runs over wires under the couch, runs over dog toys and my kids toys, runs over sandals, and I have a no go zone for one of the guest bathrooms because there's a 2" drop into the shower and it gets stuck in there all the time. For pretty much all of those reasons I've had to disable scheduling, which is a bummer because now I have to make sure the floor is picked up first and then manually send the vacuum out to clean. Oh and my favorite part is when the vacuum loses its location and then starts mapping over a current map and you get a jumbled mess of a map. I haven't tried other robot vacuums but if this is premium, I don't wanna know what budget gets you 🤣
Hello, great video mate. Can you do an in-depth review of turntables and how they can be integrated with the awesome home theatre that we have already gone through?... I'd like to set up something like that. Some advice on vinyl records will also be very welcome. Cheers!
Really nice review. How long does the trash bin last without needing to empty it? Would have liked to see a trash bin included on the dock. Too pricey for my wallet haha.
Evovacs robot is terrible If you buy one of them, you will end up regretting. My robot broke down in a year and a half. I asked to repair it. But they couldn't do that. Even they hadn't the parts. They recommeded someone they didn't know exactly to me. I have been waiting for 2 months since I sent them my robot after paying a lot of money for repairing
Having to remove the mop pads so it can then go back and vacuum the area rugs or carpet is 100% a deal breaker. Why pay the extra premium for auto-empty so you can be hands off, if you then have to manually add and remove the pads each time? This is just a robot mop, it's worthless as a vacuum by having to remove the pads and empty it manually.
Not buying it. I'll just wait until an ai robot maid comes out. Not that will be a game changer. She would also have to be able to do the lawn and change my car engine oil.

I'm a Roborock robot vacuum stan. They're so influential in the robot vacuum space, and they work amazingly well at home cleaning.

In my house about a week. The Omni version empties the dust bin but costs even more.
