Honestly, I guess repetition just helps overtime. like lifting weights that are heavy then becoming lighter overtime. For me once I focused on the input/timing starting slow then speeding up the wave dash, my thumb stopped hurting since I was no longer forcing it. Hope that helps 🤔

What’s worked for me is doing the beast step one after another slowly and once you get the inputs clean gradually get faster until you got it 💪🏽
