They put out a 2nd video with more bands...they had so many to choose from.
The Avenged-guys contributed the harmonic solos at the end I believe. Also, I don't think there was beef between them. They got to Mike's attention cause, as a metal band, they used to play a cover linoleum of on live shows quite regularly
What I heard is that back when avenged sevenfold started, Mike basically said they sucked, which sucked to avenged sevenfold because they were huge nofx fans. Mike apologized later and since then they were good. That's what I heard, I don't know if its true or not
