      Make sure you do the workout 3-4 times a day to get faster results.

    Hey man,
    Thanks for the great content!
    1) It feels well-balanced for me. As a non-beginner, pre-intermediate athlete, most videos out there are either not pushing it enough or meant to make you feel like the weakest guy on the internet. Not yours.
    2) It's actually motivating to see that you're struggling too, it shows that it shouldn't feel too easy for us.

      @@AlexCrockford Cheers Al! If I dare say this.. I think your workouts would be even more motivating - if that's at all possible because you really do engage with your audience - if you talked people through them instead of the background music. This isnt a criticism but having been a PTI for youth clubs for a good few years I know how important that personal touch and voice can be. Nevertheless mate...you're a great lad and I'm glad I've found your pages over social media x

    A nice finish off to your legs workout followed by a 10min workout challenge through which I struggled a bit on the last part. It was lovely having a workout lying down to finish. 🤣 Thank you Alex!

    Hi Alex,
    I have flared ribs (it's a condition where your lower ribs are protruding outwards causing your spine to angle inwards ). This has made my core weak and given a bit of pelvic tilt to decrease lower back strength . Also causes my chest to look so boney😐 even withgood enough lifting strength . Help me with core workouts and minimising this rib cage condition.

    How could i combine the workout you give us? For example with weights, 12 min workout and lower abs its recommended to do combine it (to have better results)? Or should we have to stick with only 1 routine? I hope you can help me :)

      I would combine them all, alternating them. Or maybe focus on one of them for a week and then switch to the next one?

    I'm curious, what's the difference between the first two exercises? The first had the knees bent but the second had them straight, does that work different muscle groups or something?

      Same muscle group, but slightly different exercise. The longer your legs the harder it is
