      Find out what the issues your clients have and come up with a solution, then sell them the dream 😎 I.E... Upgrades to building... Teach them how upgrades will save money in the long run as well as being able to recover expenses by bringing up the property value using your services.

      @@FBombs4All most clients first come for concept as free later when i take update they skip to other . Almost all architect have same ideas to build . So my question is how to keep client in hold throughout prohect and selling our services ?

      @@Everest900 What is you fee assessment? Are you providing materials and labor or blueprints? Seems like free might be the issue. What's the risk factor on both ends as far as value in service? Look back at a few deals gone bad and find out where it went bad. Then bridge solutions to fix it on the next deal.

      Idk about his recommendation but I would suggest you read books like selling without selling out and spin selling for better understanding of Sales.
