The Dillo is happening on two. You were thinking about it slightly wrong. You were thinking the charges happen at .33 and .66. They actually happen at .00 and .33 then the Dillo passively goes to 100% just before .66 which causes the ".66 charge" to happen at .00 of the next cast for every rotation. That's why you were seeing the delay between the 2nd charge and the cast. But since you were at 4.638 it worked out like you wanted. At exactly 4.6666 it would have been down to order of operations between passive cooldown ticks and charge ticks. Edit: That does not mean that 4.33s would make it faster though, only the first rotation would be impacted postively by that. Because then it would actually cast at .33 and .66 every following rotation. Even the 4.66s does that eventually, but only once the delta between 4.6666 and the actual cooldown causes it to shift forward .33s over time.
Thanks for this! We had another discussion on stream about the ICD for charge because some chatters said the ICD is 0.2 sec. Haven’t been able to test it well but thought I’d share it here with u if u want to change ur math accordingly n see if its true. Might have enough footage to see what the actual ICD is.

Also for much of the run Dillo went off more than 3 times faster than pulse rifle, not that it ended up mattering, just wanted to point that out for further optimization since you could get more duct tape triggers that way. Cheers!
