-4 small to medium size potatoes, skin on, scrubbed and cleaned
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-salt
For toppings:
-Pepperoni or any toppings like bacon, cooked ground beef, shredded chicken, ham, etc.
-Chopped spring onions
-1 1/2 cups Shredded cheese (mozzarella and cheddar)

Observation:
Nice video....A bit more heat will yield the skin crunchier. I'm seriously considering the "basket" style a/f for baked potatos. My Ninja Foodie "pizza" style a/f won't do this as it's too short. The potato skin only gets limp. I'll gladly pay $100 U.S. for baked potato and basket-type veggies.

So, I read that you shouldn't use olive oil because it will smoke in an air fryer! ANYBODY KNOW ?
Use extra light olive oil for air fryer.
I just got my Air Fryer and I have been using just vegetable oil when doing chips and it’s fine No smoke
I'm using olive oil every time i make fries in air fryer
I use Avocado oil because it has a higher smoke point than olive oil and have never had any issues
Your Celsius to Fahrenheit is wrong it’s 180c to 350 f
Both my oven and air fryer are at Celcius.
I tried to cook both in the oven and air fryer. I used 200c for oven since it takes time to cook and 180c for air fryer.

Caramel color, red 40 dye, maltodextrin, lactic acid, yeast extract, and the flavor boosters disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate are added to give the soy flakes their meaty taste and appearance, They should not even be called bacon bits. Chemical flavored flour bits perhaps?
