Well they are like family I think actually I am from the Norwood area and went to high school with Brad and Neil and Adam and Neil reminds me a bit of my brother and he can be abrasive at times and I don't speak to him either. So the real question is what did Neil do to Adam that was so awful that made Adam leave and have no desire to speak to him, I'm happy Adam still talks to brad and Barry and there all on good terms.
I mean... Look at all the interviews with three days grace after Matt joined. Neil takes over interviews and talks all the way through. And you can see on Matt's, Barry's, and Brad's faces that they get annoyed that Neil does it.

Well the Eagles got together for Hell Freezes Over and they toured without talking for years too I wonder if half of Saint Asonia is stuck in the States now too due to Covid. Adam might still live in Ontario Brad and Matt are still in Norwood so if he talks to them might be nice if they even just got together to jam sometimes maybe they could ease into it maybe have dinner together first over the holidays.
My thinking is that Neil criticized Adams music for a while ever sense Tranzit of Venus. I also read that Neil wanted Adam to write song just for the money, while Adam wrote songs to express feeling and emotions. That's my opinion, but Three Days Grace miss Adam's voice. I know it might sound selfish, but Three Days Grace was my favorite band, the one I could listen to all day. And I agree, their last album was somewhat different, and not in line with what they managed to do in the past.
Three Days Grace had a specific sound and a singer like Adam that was a perfect fit for it. But he got tired od what kind of music he was being obliged to write. They got Matt Walst from My Darkest Days because his brother was already in the band. And the music has had to go through changes because Matt Walst's vocal range and experience with life in general is so much more light.
Adam said that recording "Transit of Venus" was the record that he, alongside with the band, enjoyed the most writting. WTF happened then?? its surely with neil, but i i cant see what it was, i find it hard a band that had gotten into their peak with oneX, would have problems after that. i would thought that it would take place when they were a huge band like 2009. i also remenber adam saying that he sould have leaved in 2010 but i cant remember the source of that

I don't think you can oversell Neil's talent as a drummer- Adam's absence is definitely noticeable, but Neil is also very good at what he does. And no one was thrown out- I suspect the band has always been democratic rather than top down, with perhaps one voice being louder than the others at times, but Adam chose to leave, and I support him in that.
Anyway they all grew up together I'm sure he knows what Neil would think about a situation without needing verbal cues. Most people are like minded in that area so why would he have a need or desire to talk to him? I don't feel the need to take sides about it unless Adam disclosed something personal Neil never did anything nasty to me personally I don't have a problem with any of them.
