Matt isn't goth, he's just a rocker. The dark hair is probably because Adam has dark hair and he had that role to fill (not to mention, black hair goes better than the blonde he had rocking in My Darkest Days lol)...... It could also just be the manager's call to go with it for that Three Days Grace vibe. But yeah, Matt most definitely isn't a goth

This is just a wild guess, but something tells me Adam's departure stemmed from a fallout with Neil. You can tell Neil is the leader of that band without Adam...

In an interview with Adam about the split he mentions how he took a break from talking to brad and barry for a while but he eventually started talking to them again but he never once mentions Neil so that's likely
I heard that on the lyric book from Saint Asonia's album he thanks Brad and Barry, but not Neil
Based on interviews I've seen, Brad and Barry are the ones most willing to talk about Adam, so with them all being friends that's most likely true. I've also seen an interview where Adam was brought up in front of Neil and Matt, and it seemed a lot more awkward.
Brads voice is velvet. Sue me. :)

Three Days Grace is the only band (I know of) where the lead singer is not the main voice of the band.
Don't get me wrong, Neil does a great job and knows what to say always, but it's still weird.
I think fit for a king has a vocalist that is not the original voice

Yeah what a dick, but I think 3DG is better off without him now and Matt Walst is really amazing in 3DG. I honestly like him in better than Adam.

I have loved this band since I was a kid, but them talking about how they wrote this in the woods, bruh that’s cap, this is the most commercial album you’ve released other than TOV
Even if the singer is no Adam in vocal tonality, the songs on the new album are so much better than the last album, which probably had three listenable tracks--and better than the last album with Adam before that too. Personally, I don't think people can pick singles anymore. To me, the last half of the album is so much better than the first half.

Alex Conn Yeah they’ve been around for awhile but now they’re becoming a part of the big picture of rock. Like now they’re always on the radio and people like them, especially the newest album. So not necessarily “new” in years but more like “new” in mainstream.
