I like him I would not say I am a "fan" just because he got famous I like that he is still Adam from High School and his uncle was my grade 5 teacher and we know lots of the same places and people and have had some similar experiences same reason I like some other people too. I do like music and musicians too though.

ok that's your opinion but you know that Aaron tried to make an acoustic version of his OWN song, he couldn't reach the chords... so he had to do a VERY slower version (I am not saying that it's terrible, but everybody has their own tastes) Adam Gontier is a GREAT singer with a very stronger voice this cover is fantastic... But better than Aaron ones? that's a matter of tastes. for me yes:)
why is it always a matter of "who's the better one"? Did Adam anywhere ever pointed that he wanted to prevail over Aaron? He sings these songs wonderfully, in his personal manner. He gives the similar vibe though I've actually listened to Staind much (years) longer than to Adam Gontier and "please" is one of my favorite songs... and now i have one more beautiful version to listen. that's cool in my humble opinion
