I can have chicken wings 5 days a week...but I dont. 1 thing that I do different is, after I sauce them up, I put them on an open flame and bake that sauce a little bit. Mmm, Mmm good. I love the all. But for sure prefer the drums as I get older. But I can strip a flat with one pull. I won a Wing Eating contest in college. 35yrs ago. That Flat trick is what won it for me tho. I'm going to try this on my Blackstone for sure. 🎉😮😊

Well definitely be cooking wings on my new Blackstone this weekend especially after watching this video, great job. I hope I can find that Tabasco wing sauce. Please keep shooting out the awesome videos. As you can tell, I love the wings so I love both parts, but I usually eat the drums first because my wife loves the flats
Wings are the best from the griddle and both of these choices are great. I like drummers and flats just diggin in to good wings is the goal. I like a drier rub versus a sauce and that has much less sugar, We had your chicken sliders tonight and they were perfect.
